Staff were lovely and accommodating. There were loud noise all night from pipes/other guests showering that kept us awake, and when I was finally able to fall asleep in the morning, the squealing from the shower head in our room while my husband showered woke me up again. ( I even had earplugs in the whole time) We were given another room, which I greatly appreciated. The first room was filthy, food crumbs in the bed, cobwebs on lighting fixtures, a bunch of dead bugs on window sills, hair in the bathroom, no bathmat or shampoo/conditioner in room. The second room was much cleaner and MUCH quieter. I appreciate the staff, but would not stay here again due to inconsistency and unpredictability. Not being able to sleep all night due to the noise, I would have appreciated some compensation. Our vacation took a big hit because of it.
Great experience staying here! Housekeeping made sure our room was clean and we were taken care of our whole stay. Clean spacious rooms and the kids loved the giant bath tub.
This place was dirty, crud in every corner and along floor, bathroom caulking coming off, aklsoo flooring in bathroom and near sink coming up. Sink bottom rusty. The beds were awful, very low, hard and slipping. The heater was hard to operate and extremely noisy. Would Never stay there again or recommend it.
Great location and close to lots of fun. We biked from the inn and had a blast, used the trails, discovered great food, a farmers market, fantastic quilt shop and more. The front desk clerk was knowledgeable about local happenings, best pizza and how to park our big truck in Seattle. Honestly they made our trip so much better! The down side was the cleanliness of the room, it was okay but really needed a deep clean. Don't drop anything behind the bedside table and you'll never notice. We will stay here again.
Clean! Nice towels, Extra thought put into the room. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mints, even a bag of popcorn to pop! Can't think of a bad thing to say. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Very happy. Thank you for such a nice stay.
Adorable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Snohomish Inn. The staff (located in the coffee shop in the parking lot) were very hospitable and easy to talk to. We arrived after the office had closed so the coffee shop staff checked us into our hotel. This was a new experience for me. And big bonus - the coffee there is AMAZING! It was fun to see the same people drive thru for coffee at the same time both mornings we were there. Cute story - as we were on foot, a regular driving a Ford Flex thought he had "cut us off" in line for coffee so he paid for our coffee the first morning. The second morning, I dashed over to pay for his in advance of his arrival. He showed up right on time but I was able to return the favor and pay for his coffee that morning. Then my sister told me that our mother uses the tax office co-located with the hotel/coffee shop. Very friendly people here.
Think AA rating....quiet place even on a busy road. Location is good for exploring. Not a fan of garbage trash cans outside by stairs rooms etc. Room has refrigerator, microwave so handy. Hoping they clean the blinds.
I stayed here a few years ago, everything seems to be redone. It was really nice. The rooms are clean. The only complaint I have is I had to check in, in the drive-through line and stand there. There should be a door on the side for people to walk up to to check in, instead of having to be standing in the middle of cars getting coffee to check into your hotel.
Katarina and the ladies are AWESOME, coffee is very good. Recently they asked for our feedback, we told her about our favorite drinks from other coffee shops. She is such a sweetheart. Brewhaven brought in all the special order items to make our favo
Went an amazing experience. We flew up from Arizona because we heard this was the best place for a first jump. From the minute we got there until the end, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable in what to expect. The instructors were amazing. Make
I swung by to check it out before I decided to start racing again. Very large outdoor facility. The Racers I had talked to were very friendly and helpful in my decision to restart racing.
The other reviews are so correct, this is a great place for take out sushi! I actually wish the portions were a little smaller, they can be hard to fit in your mouth! Two thumbs up from us.
We were in the area to visit JM Cellars and saw the sign for the distillery and decided to check It out. Glad we did. Not only do they have bourbon tasting they also make a couple of cocktails each week. We had an old fashion and the bourbon tasting
