I love it HERE, especially since they didn’t renew the Hillcrest location. I was told they been here 4 years and I’m no way NEVER knew that but thanks for the info. Ice cream was just as I imagine and had a taste for today! So I picked the brownie cup with whipped cream and chocolate syrup 🤤 photos are below

Omg their icies are so good. They add extra creme when I ask. And the size is so big. Also. They don't skip on the syrup like everywhere else. So it is always flavorful

wanted a soft vanilla but they were out and made it work with blue chocolate. the place was well kept and clean. i was probably the first customer of the day as i walked in right after the clock hit 11. i love that it is attached to the poke place so you can fill your stomach and get your sweet cravings fixed at the same place! however, i feel like the customer service could definitely be better. other than that, everything else was good

I have been here twice, both experiences was petty dry on being welcomed, interaction with customers and pace of service. The first time I went I got the Smore Ice Cream and it was flavor less. The second time me and my family got snow cones and it was so much ice that could barely taste the tigers blood flavor. My wife said her was pretty bland too. My daughter which was 2 at the time was pretty good though. The lady was nice and gave her a cookie too. I don't know if they are just over working but the customer service is not nowhere near the best.

Great place for treats. Wide variety as well. Usually I can eat a LOT of ice cream but this filled me up quick for some reason.

I was excited to find a new place to get shaved ice in town since the others had closed. This place has shaved ice but it is coarser than the fluffy Hawaiian Shaved ice I have had in the past. I believe these are advertised as snowcones but luckily it is not chunky like a snowcone and more like a shaved ice or NOLA snowball. I had seen a creation of theirs on their Facebook and showed them the picture asking for one just like it. They replied that it was a custom item but they could do something similiar. The girl was pleasant who rang me up. The price was very reasonable for what I got. It wasn't exactly the same but close enough. It was what they call a stuffed snowcone (I think, there wasn't much in the way of anyone explaining much) and had strawberries and cheesecake on top. It was definitely a good value for the money since other places charge $10 or more for similar menu items. The only things I was put off by was 1) that the young man who prepared it had left off the condensed milk and when I asked him for it, he didn't reply at all. He finally walked away and added the cream. 2) He placed my (unwrapped) spoon down on the counter where money and other items had been which was unsanitary. 3) the ice had that stale freezer flavor like it was stored with other open food which made the ice taste strange. This place definitely has potential to be a great frozen treat shop with the right customer service training and some more attention how they handle items which need to stay clean for food consumption. The place looked clean but who wants to eat with a bare spoon laid on the counter by the register?

First time trying. I was going to order the soft-serve Banana Pudding. The server suggested the Rolled Ice Cream version. She said the Rolled Ice Cream has the flavor of Banana Pudding in every bite whereas the Soft-serve version is Soft-serve Ice Cream with banana pudding flavor. She said you get a bite of ice cream and maybe next bite banana pudding flavor. I had never had Rolled Ice Cream before so I tried it. WOW! I'm very impressed with the texture and flavor of each bite. Highly Recommend. They also have a Poke bowl place inside the same shop. I'll try it out next time. I'll be sure to ask for their recommendations on a Poke bowl.
