I interviewed for a Senior SE position through SNI Financial, but the process was frustrating as the company had to reschedule multiple times, often notifying me at the last minute. After completing a three-round interview process, I didn't receive any follow-up call. I waited a week before reaching out to the recruiter, who neither answered my call nor returned it. I found the service to be disappointing and unprofessional, and I would not rely on this recruiter in the future. If I could I would vote 0 start

I was fortunate to connect with Liz Hogan and Krista Jempty in late October 2022. We set up a virtual meeting and it was a great conversation wherein we discussed my career and what I seek in my next position. They listened to me carefully and told me that they would reconnect with me with any prospects that they feel may appeal to me. Not much time at all passed when Krista called me to ask if she could present me to a law firm for which I was really excited. Krista was excellent in keeping me in the loop and scheduled my first interview right before Thanksgiving, and my second interview the week after. Just a few days after my second interview, I heard from Krista to say congratulations on my new position. I started my new position mid-December and love it. From my experience I can say SNI is a great employment agency and I highly recommend them. I am so grateful to Krista and Liz for finding a job for me that I really wanted. Thank you ladies!
