I joined Snap Fitness in December and have enjoyed it so far! I like how close it is to my house, easy to access at any time of day. They just updated their machines and they are all awesome. I have been working with a personal trainer, Dana, and that has been going well. She has a new routine for me each week, that doesn't involve me sitting on machines while she watches me- I love that!! She's responsive to texts and works around my schedule, and most importantly- she pushes me to do new things with higher weights that I wouldn't try on my own!!

Kallee has been my husband’s and my trainer. She has patience and receives feedback well. She changes things up. I would recommend her to others.

Great value for a gym membership. It is always staffed during weekday hours and the owners are very attentive and friendly. Everything is always clean and they run a tight ship. Only downside is that some equipment such as treadmills and yoga mats have seen better days. However, for the low monthly rate, it’s hard to nitpick.

After a decade of inconsistent fitness habits, I decided I needed to make some improvements. I knew what to do, but also knew I needed personal accountability. That's where Alpha1 Personal Training came in. I signed up for the Evolution 360 Program and am so glad I did. I love the Semi-Private Personal Training sessions. I've never had more than three people in my session (including me!) Everybody knows your name, and you don't get lost in the shuffle. The trainers are patient and attentive. They make sure you're doing the movement correctly to achieve the maximum results. The variety is great - Strength, Cardio, Hybrid, HIIT and Core. No 2 workouts are alike! Highly recommend!

I started some personal training with Tim Schumacher here as a continuation of physical therapy with Dr Nathan Prissel. I had a shoulder injury that made it difficult to use my arm in any meaningful way and it got to the point where I wasn't using it and was favoring the other arm for far too long. With Dr Nathan's Liberty Physical Therapy (LPT) and Snap's Tim Schumacher, I am now back at 100%. I'm lifting heavy weights with no issues and I have my strength back and did not have to do any surgeries or other medical interventions. I just started golfing again, the first time in a few years! Thanks to everyone who helped get me back!

Cleanest 24hr gym I've been to. The owners do a great job maintaining both the Lakeville and Rosemount locations that I frequent. Workouts were getting stagnant so signed up for personal training with Jenn. Phenomenal motivator and knowledgeable on proper form and injury prevention. Would recommend either of these locations and utilizing their personal trainers.

My very first gym membership was purchased at Snap Fitness in Rosemount, and I can't say enough great things about their personal training program with Alpha1. My trainer is Kallee Comstock, and she has made me feel comfortable, informed, and strong while training at the Rosemount and Lakeville locations. The worst place. Once you are in they are not willing to work with you at all. They are only about making a dime, not your health. Go somewhere else!!
