The worst facility i have came across in the whole states of America while I was driving a truck. I was sent this facility and when I came and checked in to pick up a load.they checked me in and gave me Duck NO 37. While I was parking back the duck another driver came with a lady working the facility and said. I want to get in here. So tell him to go another place. I told her, i was given this duck and already in. Then they left. After an hour no one was loading to me. I went in. They all laughed and talked with Spanish after they seen me. Then they said that guy took your load. If are not Spanish, never come to this facility. Very ignorant and haters work here.

They are not hiring by themselves because they know they cannot send you home whenever they want that’s why they hire through staffing agencies because they can get rid of as soon as they want. I work with them for a month after a month they fired me for no reason. If you’re not Spanish, don’t try to go there because management is Spanish and they’re only people getting support Humanity means nothing to these people

Save yourself the trouble and wait just a little longer — I strongly suggest against working here as an employee, due to two significant problems: extremely poor management, and poor pay. You’ll make a measly $16/hr here like I did, and if you get promoted to levels 2 and 3, congratulations! You’re making $17 and $18 respectively! I won’t name names because they’re parents and I don’t want their kids to potentially suffer, but this place is really poorly managed. Everyone here is miserable because of it, and you’ll be embarrassed in front of your coworkers for minor mistakes you made. Plus the managers themselves are very unpleasant people to be around; they have horrible attitudes, never smile, and never give a morsel of respect or kindness. Safe yourself the heartache and move on.

Great place to work, people there are nice , cool benefits , you just wont go up in pay and if you do its bare bone, also the management is most definitely unprofessional and shady.

Fast unloading only dock 10 is working overnight parking available and restroom available. Employees come at 6:30 and doors open at 7 park the truck on dock door 10,9,8,7.6. FCFS. From 8 to 5 loading n unloading. Saturday n Sunday close

I worked with SMS for about a year, at the HP section, my job was a laptop technician, the training was 2 weeks and it's enough to have an idea how to work, but the problem was the new models that it may need different training to reach good results, I was doing the job of the level III duties when my pay was lower than level II, and they promised me to raise my pay since the first month because of my skills, but they didn't till my leave, hiring process is totally not fair, they hired a lot of techs. that I trained them, before me, and I still don't understand how they were thinking, however, when they felt I wanna leave, the hired me finally with same pay rate after a year, my advice for all techs. is gaining experience in this place however the pressure of work is too high, and they can find a better job some where else later.

Nice setup, but as a company they obviously don't pay their employees enough for the skills they have. It should not take 6 staffing company's to find the labor force you need. Pay for what you want and you'll get better retention.
