Got a smoothie on Friday around 5:30 the taste was amazing but the customer service was embarrassing. A taller light skin employee waited on us and said a total of 2 words to us. Before we walked in he was pointing and making comments to his fellow colleagues. We have been here before and have had the same experience with this employee
I order from this Smoothie King nearly every day. They are by far the most consistent of the Smoothie King locations with the way they blend my smoothie. Although the service can vary, I do think they also are the most consistent in providing good service. I have tried serveral other locations and end up driving to this one because of the service and consistency of the smoothie.
Awesome caring team and leaders, this location is nothing short of hard working with some fast service. I have been coming here a few times a week over the last year and a half since I moved to the area.
People there were very unfriendly smoothie tasted like ice and water. Never coming back because nobody knows how to make smoothies right there.I’ve been to many smoothie kings in the past they were all great besides this one.
I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes with no help. It said that they were open online but me and the car behind me noticed that no one was inside. I was just trying to grab a smoothie before work. This put my morning behind. Thanks.
