Smoothie King - Juice shop in Mt Prospect - 106 W Rand Rd, USA

Updating my review below from about a year ago. Still 5-stars all-around. Staff are friendly and always have my mobile order ready whenever I have it scheduled. Adding a photo here of their free upsize to 32oz Fridays (oftentimes it's $1). Pro-tip: Make sure you get your smoothie in their biodegradable styrofoam cup (if possible). --- First time trying THE Smoothie King. So I didn't do the full first time experience of ordering in-store and ordered online instead. The online order didn't work out as there was a system error - Guess it was meant to be to order in-store! Instead of being frustrated with system glitches (because IT), the customer service I received made up for it. I ordered the Keto Champ Coffee Smoothie (20oz) for myself and The Activator Recovery Pineapple Spinach and Metabolism Boost Mango Ginger, both in 32oz for my Mom and Bro. The Keto Champ Coffee Smoothie was excellent in taste and did not feel too filling. I will give the 32oz a shot next time. I did sign up to be a member. Kind of intimidating, but so many flavors, enhancers, and blends to learn and try!

Absolutely love this place! They are amazing with customer service I am always greeted and treated amazing with the most delicious smoothies! I come here at least 3 times a week and have never had a bad experience!

This WAS my Go to location for snacks and desserts. Myself and my family and friends would visit several times a week or send for delivery. We have had a few incidents and it seems to always happen around the same time, which is after 7:00 p.m. (near closing) We have reached out to the owner /manager to inform of the situation, but nothing has changed. The younger staff is very rude and ignorant. They do not make me feel welcomed, nor do they care about customer service or have pride in their company. It's a shame, because the place is conveniently located, and the owner is a nice person, however, she is hardly there now and these children are running the show.

This location was our favorite in the beginning! We spend at least $60-$80 here a week on smoothies and bowls! Lately I have had rude girls taking my order.. in August me and my family were kicked out in a very rude way after spending over $60 because it was 10 min to closing! Today 9/27/23 at 730pm I placed a order and the cashier was rude! After getting my order I said thank you, she looked at me and walked away! I said thank you again louder and she turned to me again and mumbled your welcome and walked away. I will no longer support this location! I didn't want to leave this type of review, but after today I have have had it!!

I was just in there like 10 min. ago and the woman that made my drinks did amazing. I don't know what she did or if she made our drinks with love or somethin' but them drinks were scrumdiliumptious!!! I got the lemon ginger kale with strawberries (unsweet) and the other was the mango strawberry!♡

Been doing here for the past few days and the smoothies are absolutely fire. Tastes all natural without having to worry about all the excess sugars other smoothie places use. The staff are also really friendly as well and ordering online is so easy.

Haven't had Smoothie King since I was in college in Charlotte NC. I was so excited to see the new location and it's amazing! Spot on tastes just like it use to but maybe even better! Sonal was amazing and super sweet helping me find the drink I use to get! Chocolate Peanut Power is my go to drink.

We ordered Smoothie King for my son’s birthday. They were so easy to work with, prepared 40 smoothies on time, and they were delicious and affordable to boot. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!
