Although I've read quite a few poor reviews about this location, our experience at Kuna Smokey Mountain was really great. The pizza was cooked to perfection, crispy crust, toppings fresh and crisp, and fresh produce items, such as basil, added to the hot pie when it came out of the oven. The service and the beers were also wonderful. In the restaurant business, you are only as good as your employees execution. The execution was nearly flawless for our visit. The only negative is that we were there on a Thursday night, and they don't have a Prime account to watch the NFL. Come on guys, pay for a subscription!

We eat at Smoky Mountain semi frequently. It's always been great in the past, but the last 3 times we have been it has not been the best. I know staffing is an issue and we completely understand. The last 2 times I went and tried to order my favorite sandwich, they were out of the 1 key ingredient to make it. I tried it without the first time and it was just not the same. I agreed to as substitute ingredient the 2nd time and it was not that great. I ordered something completely different the 3rd time and the sandwich didn't even have enough meat to fully cover the bread. Service has been great. Employees are great, but the food has been lacking compared to usual.

Took 20 minutes to get order placed with staff. Got 1st drinks quickly then took another 40 minutes to get food out. Other tables that ordered after us with similar number of guests received their food before we did. One dish didn't come out with the rest for another 5-10 minutes. Very little attention from staff while we were waiting. On a normal day I would rate 3.5 to 4 stars since the service has always been good. But today was not a normal day. Overall a very disappointing experience.

My family came here tonight for our last night together before my parents fly home...we were seated and greeted quickly, but from then on, we had a bad experience. We waited 15-20 min to order our food and a table who ordered after us got there food first. After 40 minutes our food arrived except my husband's. Another 2 tables got their food before my husband finally received his sandwich and cold fries. Between this we couldn't find our server to get drink refills or anything. It was really poor service all around and my family and I were disappointed.

Year 2021 So we went here being locals about 2 years ago when it just opened and it was phenomenal because the owner was roaming around. Since that time over the last two years we have gone twice because the service was entirely terrible along with the food. horrible long wait times and rude staff and the food was awful. Then about a week ago we got takeout unfortunately and the blue cheese salad dressing made two of us sick by the next day. We clarified it was blue cheese because only the two of us that ate the salad with blue cheese got sick And took us out of work and school the next day. Needless to say we have no intention to going anytime soon and I highly encourage you to smell test check the food as best you can we didn't notice it either until the next day. 2 years ago.. This was a tremendous experience everything we hoped it would be and more as we're past customers of the other Smoky Mountains so we had high expectations for this location. We certainly were not disappointed. we met the owner John and so glad we did, nice friendly personal man very enjoyable to speak with and took such good care of everybody in his establishment and even brought out a chocolate cake for our daughter's 8th birthday as she chose Smoky Mountain for dinner tonight. As locals we come to love the Smoky Mountain restaurants and we all have our particular favorites we were so glad to learn from talking to John and in our experience that he did not make any undo changes to spoil what we were expecting from the other great locations. The food and service was absolutely fabulous we couldn't have expected or ask for better, everything was on time punctual and hot when it arrived. Must say the owner John really went above and beyond and setting this location up it looks great, feels great, it's comfortable, it's enjoyable to be in the atmosphere and while we were there he took such great care of us what a great host we really appreciated him. Even with so many people in the restaurant and seven of us in our party we are still able to carry on normal conversation as the decor in the room and set up of the booths didn't allow for it to be an echo chamber. This location really does live up to the Smoky Mountain expectations and I would recommend it to anyone as we look forward to going back. Really quite well done.

Menu prices were FRAUDULENT!!! (See evidence in pictures). We were charged more than the menu prices with the management's knowledge that it was happening. I don't really even care about the small money difference, but the fact that the management didn't make it right is frustrating. When I got my bill, I highlighted to my waitress that the pricing didn't match the lunch special. She went back to talk to the manager to get it fixed. When she came back though she told me that they changed the prices without updating the menus. I understand mistakes happen, but when I called it out to them, it should have been handled. The waitress was kind, but this establishment has some serious kinks it needs to work out.

It has only been open a week so I expect some problems. We arrived at 4:30 and only had about 10-15 minute wait even though it was extremely busy. Once seated we were not asked about drinks for at least 20 minutes and that was after I flagged down someone. Apparently the waitress didn't know she was supposed to be serving our table. We ordered beers and water, never got the water. Once our waitress served us and took our orders the food came out quickly and was prepared perfectly. The pizza was very good. Spinach and artichoke dip was average. Garlic bread was good and the children's make your pizza was an awesome idea. Unfortunately our toddler didn't understand making the pizza and then it would be cooked, so he ate most of the toppings before it went back. Our bill was also wrong with items not being charged the happy hour price. Hopefully things will improve with a little more experience.

If there was a zero rating I would give that to them. I ordered them a French dip sandwich. The menu picture looked amazing. Look at my sandwich. It looks like chopped dog food with one and a half slice. Here's a challenge. Can you see the cheese? I can't see any cheese. They found out I wrote this rating and they won't serve me anymore. How immature can you be? You definitely have a problem with your food and now you have a problem with your service. Their response is that they want to make it right. For me because I wrote this review, they won't even serve me. They have a couple items on the menu that I actually really do like. But their service is so bad like really bad. I used to be a regular but they keep messing up all their orders which is insane to me. My best advice is order at your own risk cuz you don't know what you're going to get. It could be great or it could be absolutely horrible. I usually write positive reviews. I feel terrible that I'm writing a negative review. It makes me feel bad. If you're the owner Tom, how can you wow me! Your staff won't serve me because I posted this review.
