Food was amazing! I definitely would come back! The waitress was okay but not bad. They have a new menu with a lot of good choices.

We stopped in for a late night dinner. The service was excellent. Our waitress, Shay, was awesome! I had a Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken (dressing on the side). The lettuce was crispy and cold and the grilled chicken was perfectly grilled. My dining partner had the 6 Honey Hot Wings and a loaded baked potato. The wings were perfectly grilled with just the right amount of sauce. When you are in Town Center in VA Beach, stop by and ask for Shay!

Let me tell you, Shay has all the patience. I love my Mom with everything in me.... BUT BABY. The service was awesome Shay just kept smiling. The atmosphere was great. The food was terrific. 😋 I definitely will be back and I will be asking for her section . A large party came in she never missed a beat.

I came here for the first time and I honestly can say that I had such a great experience! I've never been to any Smokey Bones locations but was invited and decided to give it a try! There was no wait time and we were seated as soon as we got in! Our server was Taylor and she was so sweet and polite! She was very soft spoken and friendly and provided us with such amazing service! The food was very impressive! I had the smoked turkey breast with the baked beans and potato wedges. The turkey was very well seasoned and was very juicy!! Usually places serve dry turkey but not this one! Lastly, I tried the banana pudding (my favorite dessert) which was okay. That's the only item I wouldn't order again. Overall, this was truly a great experience and I would most certainly dine here again!

Service was foremost on the What's- great-about-this place list! We got greetings as soon as we entered, seemingly every 10 minute checkin from our waitress. Greetings when we left. Love if that we could use our coupons, my friends each got $10 off $25 meal, what a great offer! Food was great. My friends ordered the pork belly pops appetizer, wings, steak and Mac n cheese side. I didn't order anything since I just had a large lunch but my friends shared bag o' donuts - the donuts were warm, the raspberry sauce was too sweet though. The restaurant is large with multiple sections like the bar, multiple main seating areas.

I usually get takeout here but it’s always nice inviting staff everything’s usually ready right when I get there they’re pretty precise with their timing and their predictions

Sorry of an excuse of “Boneless” wings. Me and my wife ordered 2 16 piece boneless wings. Multiple “wings” are the size of my fingernail. Absolutely pathetic. Will not be back. What a shame.

No quality control from the kitchen, and our waitress couldn't care less or be less interested. Had to send back mac n cheese because it wasn't hot and seemed to have been sitting, not like the great I've had on previous visit. I asked specifically for fresh and not to warm this up. Waitress brought it back out... Same thing. I didn't feel like stressing. A couple beside us sent their mac n cheese back that looked like ours but their different waitress specifically verbalized she got them a fresh one, and I looked, and it looked like it should, melted cheese and looked great. That waitress cared, ours.did not. The smoked BBQ chicken also had a taste and texture of having been sitting. Who is in the kitchen allowing this to happen today. Unfortunately, today's visit was a bad experience. Such a disappointing waste of time and money.
