We went to Smokey Bones for the first time today and it was excellent! Great food, price and service! Sharlene was an excellent waitress!!
When I rate chains I rate the service more than the food. The service here is fantastic for a chain. Ronishea, our waitress was the best, friendly, fast, and attentive. Not only that but when she needed help other members of the staff helped out. The food was delicious, I would recommend the pulled pork. The kids meal were a good value for the price.
The food and drinks here are amazing. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some good food and drinks. The atmosphere is also very enjoyable. The bartender Greg always goes above and beyond. Definitely coming back.
This was our second time trying Smokey Bones, but the first time in 5+ years. Nice atmosphere, cool interior design. Seems like a great place to sit at the bar or bring the family. Prompt, friendly service even on a Friday evening. The entrees were very good overall. The macaroni & cheese is nothing special and pretty bland by itself (even a little disappointing), but loaded with pulled pork, fried onions, and Chipotle BBQ sauce (which was stellar!) it definitely improved. And the fried pickles were the BEST we have ever had. Definitely would order them again! It was pretty expensive for the slightly above average quality, but they served large portions so we weren't surprised. While it won't be one of our top go-to picks for date night, we will be back again sometime.
We had a team meeting here. Everything on the menu looked amazing but I was finally able to pick. My salad and baked potato was very good But I would get something different next time just because I wish there'd been a little bit more salad with it. We also got the pretzels as an appetizer and those were amazing. Just be warned. Maybe sometimes they can be quick but our lunch definitely was not. Plan to take your time and don't go when you're in a rush.
ZERO stars is the real rating here... Food... so-so, nothing to make me want more from this place. On 12/16/2023, my wife and I ate at this restaurant. The meal was OK and service seemed OK, but come tie for the bill, the waitress screwed everything up. I was giving the right bill for the meal, but when she came back with the card, I had the bill for the table next to us. I didn't sign it and pointed out the error. She took it and when she came back, she had the right bill, so I signed and added a tip. Much to my shock, the wrong bill which i never signed was charged to my card. This bill was much higher than mine even when you add in the tip I gave. I contacted management 3 days later to dispute the issue and I talked to the manager Steve who started out rude and wasn't going to do anything at first. He said I would have to go to my bank and do it.... yea right. Banks always send you to the merchant first! I pushed back and he finally said he would credit my card the difference. Fast forward... 3 weeks later, no credit. So I filed a dispute with my bank. I also noticed the waitresses blunder was even bigger than I thought. The bill I signed has the wrong credit card number but is the right bill for my lunch... This doesn’t change the issue in my eyes as the order on the ticket is what my wife and I had and the amount I thought I was paying is what is on the receipt. So based on the manager and staffs lack of ability to do things right and the RUDENESS of the manager, I will not go to this or any Smokey Bones establishment and will not recommend nor tolerate a rude manager.
Fantastic BBQ, with many selections of flavors for you at your table for appetizers and entree's. Highly recommended for bigger parties watching a major sports games with a hearty dinner menu available. The fried pickles and pretzel appetizers were to temperature and zesty dill dip and cheese dip were smooth. Pink Dragon was a pretty good specialty drink.
Awesome fall-off-the-bone St Louis style ribs. $14.99 for a full rack & 2 sides til the end of January. $2.50 for a Busch Light. Gotta have a cold beer with some ribs don't ya know. So I did. I could get used to these kinds of prices, we'd probably eat out more often than we do. Without this promo special Smokey Bones has been doing for Jan our meals would've cost us over $50+ instead of under $30. No complaints, everything was a-ok, including the service. Gotta get there b4 5pm or you'll end up waiting to be seated tho.

Gym and customer service excellence. Scott was extremely flexible when starting my membership. He even replied to my inquiry while out-of-state on vacation, and remotely gave me access so I could get a workout in, same day. Always clean, trainers and
