When was the last time you visited a restaurant where the manager came over to see if you had a good experience and to personally thank you for coming in? Today at Smokey Bones, she did. My experience was wonderful. The Bone Fire was amazing. The grilled chicken, sausage, sirloin and ribs were tender and smoked to perfection. Felicia and Greta provided outstanding service. They were both very nice and attentive to my service needs. The atmosphere was warm and cozy.

Great place for meat lovers in the Buffalo area. Excellent custom drink menu. The Smokin' Jack Old Fashioned is highly recommended!

Food is always on point and the cornbread and pecan honey butter is bomb! Kaylee was a fantastic bartender and gave us local places to check out as we recently moved to Buffalo. 10/10 would recommend!

The waitress was really sweet and friendly. However, the food was horrible! The ribs tasted like unseasoned cooked meat that was later drenched in bbq sauce. My Mac and cheese was just cooked pasta that was later covered with cheese. There was no type of seasoning added to it, not even salt. The only thing that tasted okay that night was the bread which was quite saggy. The table and floor felt sticky and damp the whole time. Don’t get me started with the bathroom, just disgusting! I wouldn’t be going back there.

We had the sweetest waitress. But the kitchen definitely needs help. Our fries were recooked yet cold, (they were super crispy and hollow) the pulled pork was dry and lacking flavor, the Cole slaw was just off. Mac and cheese was quite tasty. The burger had two hairs in it, a blond one in the cheese, then was cut open to find a long black hair running through the whole patty and fries were cold. There was a full refund give on this plate after showing the waitress. The Smoked wings were phenomenal, I had a mango habenaro sauce, and it had an amazing flavor, sweet and very spicy. I wish we would have just stuck to wings, and Mac n cheese, I feel we would have had a better experience.

I love to visit Smoky Bones whenever I see one. The smell of the restaurant is very inviting. I usually get BBQ something. This time, I went healthy. I got salmon with mac & cheese and broccoli. The meal was lukewarm. The service was rushed as the waitress was the only one for the area. I was there the night before, which was a way better experience that prompted the return the next day. I did take pictures of day 1 food. I did get a create your own meal. On that day, I got pulled pork, sausage, and bourbon glazed chicken breast.

Don't waste your money! We stopped in after our flight to grab some takeout an hour before they closed to take back to the hotel and it was AWFUL. The pulled pork sandwich barely had any meat on it and it was super dry and the bun was hard. The bacon cheeseburger was way over cooked and super dry. The only thing that was edible were the beans. One of the worst takeout meals we have ever had. Will not be back.
