I've been a customer for many years. Never ever once had an issue until yesterday. I've always purchased the disposable d8 vapes. Sometimes I would get a bad one that wouldn't work. They would always exchange it for a good one. Every time. Up until yesterday. They are knowingly selling bad vape pens and not exchanging them for good ones. They've lost my business for sure. I'm sure they're tobacco products are good but if you enjoy vaping I do not recommend. Not even at all

Pretty good selection of mid price cigars. Would like to have seen more higher end than Cohiba or Monte Cristina. But as far as Customer Service the two young people who were working tonight we’re just AWESOME. I’m from out of town a d they were super friendly and helpful. Staff friendly and respectful. Always courteous, greets customers when they enter and help them with their needs. They also don't ignore the phone ringing, like I've seen with other businesses! They each take the time to explain anything until you thoroughly understand, which I appreciate very much! There are other vape shops that would rather just wait on you and get you out the door!
