Driven by a 1000 times, but first time stopping. The ONLY reason I gave this 4 stars is because I asked specifically if the green beans were fresh or canned. I was told fresh, so I got em. They were canned. The mac n cheese was OK. Other than that, the meat was good. Had nice smoke and fat flavor. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back

5 tries and they lost my business.. first trip they were good and from there out it was terrible brisket so tough I couldn't eat it.. brought it back.. 3rd try they got it wrong and charged me more then what she said on the phone.. and the fourth try I was starving and I live right in the park so I thought let's give them another chance and they blew it.. however tonight was the last straw and I gave them every opportunity to make it right and I'm done.. you'd think they would try a little harder being I'm their neighbor ..Guess not and over 100 dollars and I can't even get some barbecue sauce.. That's Pathetic.. 0 effort= Bad food

Beautiful evening. They made the night extra special by putting hearts all over our table. They had ribeye special for valentine's day. We both had that with mashed potatoes. Hubby had brisket soup and Mac n cheese. I had salad and green beans. I also had their Sweeties Martini and glass of cab. The steak was cooked perfectly. Juicy and the flavor didn't need any enhancement. The appetizer we had was Mac balls with the pepper jack. Everything was high quality, tasty, and cooked just right. Environment was as a casual bar n grill, but romantic with a country vibe. Their outside area had lights and the river to make it even more romantic, though we stayed inside this visit. Will definitely come back.

Husband and I came here for our date night. We would give this place a 4.5 out of 5. The portions of appetizers were big for the price. The beer was delicious and served in a frosted mug! The entree was good, we ordered the ribeyes sandwich and the brisket sandwich. We got the side of garlic fries and Mac and cheese. The fries and Mac was great, but the portion of the Mac was very small. The wait staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun! Kids are allowed and 10/10 would recommend going, we had a great couples night out.

Me and my husband came and ate at this restaurant, the service was great until I realized my burger was raw, I will admit that we had already eaten most/almost all of our food but we were talking and enjoying each others company and didnt think to inspect our burger as we didnt order our burger a specific way. The servers were extremely nice when we brought it to their attention and told us they would let the manager know and he/she would give us a call and take the burger off out order, but we had already paid as we were gonna take it go but just decided to eat in last minute. When we went and told the "manager" Cass that we were told that our food would be comped but we already paid, her response was " well you guys already ate most of it" she was extremely unprofessional and made it seem as if we were just trying to get a free meal. Which was not at all the case, me and my husband are now worried that we will end up getting sick because of how much raw meat we ate unknowingly, honestly who would willingly eat raw meat and risk the chance of getting sick for a free meal. Not satisfied AT ALL with the way Cass handled the situation and her unprofessionalism towards a paying customer. We will not be dining there again and definitely will be telling family and friends to do the same.

I will start off by saying I want to like this place - I really do. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is pretty good. Other people seem to love the food, and I only tried their smoked meats, not other entrees. With that said, unfortunately I am not a huge fan of most of their smoked meats. Most of the flavor comes from the rubs and sauces, and not the meat or smoke. The ribs had a good flavor but were far too tough, and while there was a smoke ring the smoke taste was simply not there. I understand most people like their ribs to have a bit of a 'tug' when you eat them... but they were simply not cooked long enough, thus leaving me feeling more like I was at risk of ripping my teeth out. The tri-tip was ok, although a bit dry. Again, there was a smoke ring but not much flavor. It was sliced to what I consider to be the ideal thickness for most people, and it was sliced properly (against the grain). Seriously - you would be surprised how many placed slice with the grain rather than against it. The pulled pork was dry, but the texture was pretty good and consistent. No major hunks of fat or un-shredded meat. Again, no smoke flavor even though there was a smoke ring. The beans however were spot on with the flavor and were really good. My wife and I devoured those.

Always a great time with amazing food! They did an outstanding job for my Dad's Celebration of life party this weekend! Thank you Fred, Freddy, Margie Sami & Crew! Everything was perfecto!! You have many new satisfied fans who will be coming back for more! Thank you a million times over! Can't wait to come back for more delicious food & fun!!
