I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Smoke and Dough, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The barbecue here is nothing short of excellent, easily ranking among the best I've ever tried. What made this visit even more memorable was the attentive service provided by the owner herself, Michelle. Her personal touch and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were truly commendable. I highly recommend making reservations in advance to avoid any wait times or being placed on a waiting list, as this place tends to get busy, and rightfully so. The attention to detail and the love and care put into every aspect of the meal and the overall experience were palpable. In summary, dining here felt like tasting love and care in every bite, and I can't wait to return. If you're a barbecue enthusiast or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience in Miami, this place is a must-visit. My recommendations pork belly, mac and cheese and Cheese. I will expand it on my next visit.

Drove down from Pembroke Pines to check it out with my family especially after seeing it featured in NY Times, NPR, Rest and Infatuation Miami. It lives up to the hype! We actually had the owner Michelle Coleman as our waitress/server and her enthusiasm was infectious. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, cornbread, pastrami tequenos, smoked croquetas and pork belly. Everything was absolutely amazing and mouth watering. Highly recommend going as you won't be disappointed. Make a reservation as there's limited seating.

Heard about this place from an interview on WLRN with the owners. Tried it out and enjoyed the experience. We did not have a reservations though it is recommended. It's a small place. I had the baby back ribs with honey butter cornbread. A good portion of the half slab ribs were well cooked with a nice tasting bbq sauce. The ribs were not very tender. But tender enough. With a side of more sauce which was not needed. The truffle mac & cheese stole the show. It was very good and flavorful. The bacon pieces and hint of garlic made this side dish a great compliment to the ribs and then there was the two piece cornbread. Also a great compliment. We also ordered the brisket. Tender and juicy. The portion was not as expected for the price however. Pleasant staff to include owner. Nice local spot

We wanted to try this BBQ place in Miami because we saw them on social media. They were so accommodating because we didn’t have reservations but we waited patiently and got a table. We waited 30 mins but it well worth it. The brisket was tender. The ribs were very tender. Corn bread was so good. I ate and forgot to take the picture of it. All the meat was very flavorful and very very tender. None of the meat was dry or overcooked. Would highly recommend this place. Service was great also. We will be coming back here.

Great little spot in Kendall. Highly recommend for a little smoked meat and empanada action. The crew on staff are all super polite and welcoming. Prices might seem high, but all items on menu and in the bakery are craft items and worth the experience.

I took my wife there on our date night. The staff was fantastic. Super friendly and very attentive to our needs. We had the smoked croquetas which were delicious. My wife had the tostones con lechon which was very tasty. We thought the tostones would be soggy because of the food on top, but to our surprise they were very crispy and tasty. I had the Al Pastor burger with fries which was very flavorful and then fries were crispy. Their cornbread was served nice and warm and had a great taste. The vibe is great and the restaurant is nicely decorated. My only suggestion would be to make the portions a bit bigger or lower the prices a tad. Other than that is was a great experience and great date night.

Absolutely amazing smokehouse dining experience. Food was the main star while being backed up with stellar service and unique drinks. I tried the brisket and pork belly and i honestly believe it's the best bbq I've had especially in South Florida. This is a dine in must that you will never forget.

I have visited Smoke and Dough since its early days, since I am also a customer of their other restaurant, Empanada Harry's. Smoke and Dough offers a very unique menu, with latin smoke/bbq fusion flavors. From Pastrami tequeños to brisquet, or truffled Mac and cheese, they have several options that make you want to come back rto try them all. It has a cozy ambience, with the add up that their owners are always there, making sure you have a good experience each time. They also have sebral option of local and craft beers, as well as wine. I only hope they can expand soon!
