Took my grandmother for Queen’s Tea and we loved it! Over 100 loose leaf tea options and we tried at four during our visit, all were delicious. The scones were fresh and delicious! Yummy finger sandwiches, quiche, and desserts. The whole visit was so nice. The whole place was decorated for Christmas and the proprietor gave us the history of the house. The tea was really excellent served hot and they kept on top of service. We were a little nervous about the obvious work being done to the house when we pulled up, but trust me this place is worth the visit.

Located in Prattville’s charming historic district, this tea room was a delightful place to spend the afternoon and made a lovely location to host our small gathering! The service and food were top-notch & the Monk’s Blend tea was the most delicious I’ve ever had. Beautiful teapots/ teacups and charming seasonal decorations were among the lovely adornments. The husband & wife owners and other staff were so kind and patient with us, including with my inexplicably fearful one year old. We enjoyed looking through the gift shop and hope to return.

We had a great outing to the Smith-Byrd Tea Room. The house was decorated for Christmas, so it was very cozy and warm. The selection of tea is expansive, and the food was tasty. A lovely way to spend the morning.

My daughters and I visited the Tea Room. They absolutely loved it! The atmosphere, food, and the service! Top notch! We will definitely be back!

This was our first time, but we enjoyed everything. The tea house and the owners were awesome. The house is full of nice treasures and historic memories.

Its a must. Perfect place to go for two,a large party and even just by yourself. Its perfect for any vibe like special occasions, catching up, routine hanging out, or a place to take a break and have a bite to eat. I loved everything they served! Its so yummy. I personally recommend getting the salad and quiche together because they balance eachother out perfectly. Best quiche I had, as well. Their food is perfectly balanced in flavor. Not overly sweet,nor salty;very fresh tasting as well. My baby loved the sandwiches and moist scones,too. The hotel definitely makes their menu with intention and love;which I believe why it tastes delicious.Its definitely a beautiful layout that is pleasing to the eyes but the flavors are the winners.They have a galore of teas to drink that are described perfectly on the menu so they all were a hit for me. We just went for the tea room experience and on our way out enjoyed their cute gift shop,walking out with a few goodies. Must visit. Me and my family loved it so much. Thank you.

Beth and David were warm and welcoming, without being intrusive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast of fresh fruit, hash browns and eggs Benedict was as in a gourmet restaurant. Beth even brought us a pot of delicious herbal tea at bedtime. Highly recommend this place-

Friend made a reservation for an early tea and what a wonderful experience it was! The food was perfect and the tea ☕ was outstanding. Will go again
