Was hesitant because of the 1 star reviews. I’ve been here twice now and it’s really good. The cashier was super kind and positive. The fries are warm and have the perfect amount of crisp. The Pattie’s are juicy and flavorful. They also have Dr Pepper which is a win. Last time the food took about 15 mins, but this time it took like 3. Insane. 👏 I also noticed a bin of LEGOs in the dining area. That’s super cool. Not sure how well sanitized they are, but LEGO is awesome regardless. Huge W. I’ll probably eat here again tbh

We got maybe 10 tots. And the bread was burnt what you see pictured put me back $44. I've never had smash this bad. I should have made the trek to Boulder. I was trying to complain through the website because I know reviews can hurt businesses but that crashed. Do not come to this location you'll leave hungry and mad.

This SmashBurger has always been a great location but my last two visits here have been phenomenal!! Ruey is very kind, very efficient, and polite. She would have me feel very confident that I would get exactly what I ordered because she was so thorough while we were ordering. I understand that she may be simply doing her job, but as a customer service employee, myself, she went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our order. She raised my standards on what good customer service looks like. I appreciate you, Ruey! Thank you!

A much better meal than your average fast food place. I enjoy everything on the menu, and the service is great. A little pricey for burgers but you get what you pay for. Worth it in my opinion. Will definitely be making a return visit!

My family came in today. The person working the front was eating ice cream while taking our order. It was difficult to communicate with her because she was more focused on eating her ice cream than taking our order. I ordered a Reese’s shake and was brought a cookies and cream. At that point, I just accepted what was given becuase it didn’t feel worth it to have it remade. The burgers were delicious, but the fries were cold when they were served. The cook brought us our food and was very friendly. It wasn’t the worst experience, but definitely wasn’t the best.

I have enjoyed this restaurant over the years but post Covid service has slipped and gotten worse and worse. On my last visit I walked into the manager yelling in the back, then coming out and refusing to serve customers in the lobby. The manager disappeared as did the cashier. The customers left. I can go other places with decent staff that treat customers better.

This place is hot and miss. Order online, kitchen does a good job. Fries are always a bone of contention, sometimes excellent, sometimes overcooked and inedible. On pickup you have to holler at the kitchen staff, they go out back and get the counter staff. I think the problem is the management needs to take more care and train staff correctly. Then the staff may stay and with experience, provide better service

Greasy floor, greasy tots, and loud radio commercials drowned out the soft spoken server. The burger came out so fast and overcooked that it must have been on the grill for a while before we arrived. Subway would have been a better choice.
