The place was almost empty, quite , and clean. Our order was Smash Classic Burger 🍔 and it was insane! We loved it

1/1/23-About average for a Smashbuger. Staff wasn't friendly, but the food was about how I expected it except the smash fries didn't have enough seasoning on them. I got the fried chicken sandwich and smash fries for a combined total of $11.98 which is a better value then other nearby places. The sandwich was also better then BJ's near by.

Lovely experience! It wasn't busy at all, the employees were so kind and polite throughout the time we were there and the food was amazing, I definitely reccomend one of their signature burgers if you're starting out and unsure what to get (also their fries are AMAZING in the sense that they are salted *just* the right amount, but other times they do come off oversalted), but if you have the spare time, just dine in! They'll hand you a number and you place it whatever you wanna sit and after you wait the world is your oyster! All in all, it's a great time and its it a very warm and friendly atmosphere that'll make for a wonderful and joyous experience. (Updated: As of April 19, 2022): Smashburger was yet again, a lovely time. It's usually only like one person in line when you go in and someone will always be there ready to take your order, which is nice compared to other places where they may be too busy or occupied and you have to do that weird waiting game. But we never usually have that problem here. The staff has always been friendly and has gotten our order right down to the last removal of pickles. Now, however, I've noticed depending on what you order will factor in how long it takes for your food to be ready, such as when I decided to try their chicken sauce, it took like 10 minutes when it usually takes about 5 minutes for them to get our order of just burgers, so beware of that. What I enjoy is that when they call the name of your order (if it's takeout at least), they will let you know if they have included things or sauce, and if they didn't include them, they'll either direct you to the areas that have them or they'll grab them, depending on availability. I think that's very refreshing, especially when usually you have to check yourself and sometimes have to go back and ask or go to their designated area to get them. It just saves time on my behalf and it's greatly appreciated (thank you)!

Took over 20 minutes to get my food, all tables were dirty. Food was delicious when I got it. maybe short staffed?

I had a double colorado burger with smash fries and some spicy chicken tenders. everything tasted good and fresh. burger patty meat could be salted a bit more for my taste but other toppings added plenty of needed salt. only complaint is didnt get my blue cheese dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. wouldve made the chicken better but i liked them as is without the sauce. will be back to try other burgers

My wife has a lot of food allergies and we like Smashburger because they have a variety of options to substitute. But this night they just could not get it right. We asked for a double bacon with a gluten free bun, no cheese, no onions. It was covered in cheese and onions. I took it back and then they gave me something worse; a regular bun with two plain patties. No veggies, no cheese, no condiments.

Tasty burgers, but on the small side, fries and shake were good, decent portions on both of those. Service was ok, they forgot a couple things but corrected them quickly.
