Went in for the first time last week. The lady who welcomed me was great. I ordered a burger with avocado and fries. The fries are amazing. I believe it was rosemary, garlic, so delicious, Burger was perfect size and just as tasty. Would definitely go back.
Gave me a burger with a molded bun that I didn’t notice until 3/4 of the way through. Piss poor restaurant with awful staff.
My second visit to this location. The service was excellent. Jazz took our order. She was very helpful with menu suggestions and was very pleasant .

The staff is very friendly but my experience went down hill from there. $15+ for a single bacon smash burger, fries and drink is asking too much. Especially for a burger that had fatty limp bacon and an over seasoned burger patty, so much so I was only able to take a few bites. Presentation of the burger was not great either basically slapped together. Fries also had way too much salt and were served cold. I had high hopes since I had a great experience at a different location. Too many other choices in the area to settle for subpar
Attention Smashburger Corporate - your West Bloomfield MI location is being run by an amazing team! I have never seen a manager wear so many hats - from busing to cooking, from cashier to managing staff. Definitely overworked but still made it a pleasant experience and they deserve to be recognized for going so far above and beyond. Very tasty and quality food.

We wanted to try their burger for the first time. The staff was rude and talked down to us so we left without eating and won't return. We went to Culver's and had great service and food.
My favorite burger chain in Michigan right now. It is still affordable, good flavor, freshly made and they have pretty good service. No complaints from me

I couldn't get over how fast the food got to us after ordering. Everything was delicious highly recommended this for lunch or dinner. The employees were super nice. My friend took me here for lunch definitely going back.
