Smashburger - Hamburger restaurant in Orlando - 3162 E Colonial Dr, USA

Super good burger. We had the Brisket burger, classic burger and crispy chicken tenders. They're not the biggest burgers but just the right size to fill you up. Must try the smash fries! Only negative for me was that they don't carry sweet tea.

Decent atmosphere, welcoming staff, and excellent service. The downside is the meat seems low-quality for such a steep price for everything. Their mediocre burgers and big prices remind me of Five Guys. The selection of sides is better, though, because of things like the fried brussel sprouts, although I've had better.

Excellent value on the two double sandwiches 6.99 each but extremely expensive 15.00 for two drinks and two fries, still spent 30. For two of us. Thank you for the discount for the sandwiches. We got 1 turkey and 1 beef, but they failed to mark which was which.

Walked in for a sit down lunch and greeted very professionally by Candace. I ordered a double smash burger fully loaded prepared by a Chello and Ian. I was blown away!!! The burger was presented beautifully and the taste was the best I have ever had. The rosemary smash fries are incredible! Service was on point and phenomenal. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Food was good but the atmosphere is poor. I greeted the employee but no answer back, it was one employee he had a long face, may be he had a bad day sometime we all do. This location is almost empty every time I visit, you see just two or three customers and the employees look at you like if they are bothered when you enter the restaurant. I understand that sometimes there’s a shortage of employees and sometimes we have bad days but in my opinion they should make the customers feel welcome when customers arrive. Food was good and fresh and the restaurant was clean.

First off, never heard of this place, but the sign caught my eye from the road. We decided to try it since we were kinda out of town for the day. Food was amazing. Place was pretty busy, but the service was quick.Our server and staff was super awesome. We were bringing a burger back home for a loved one, and asked if they could make everything separate so it would travel and reheat well. The staff was great, they did it flawlessly and perfectly. Thank you so much. We truly enjoyed everything. We'll be back for sure! I only wish I would have gotten the gal's name who took care of us. Thank you again.

Seen an ad for this place and it looked so good. I was even excited they had dairy free shakes. It was my birthday today and I wanted to grab lunch and thought about this place and was excited to try it. I got there and noticed the outdoor dining was closed and looked to be closed awhile. It was basically empty. Only one table occupied. Just felt a not so good of vibe. I noticed immediately the cook in the back was just pacing back and forth staring me down and made me uncomfortable. The cashier was extremely nice and the only positive. I wish I got her name. She took my order with patience since I’ve never been. She even brought the food to our table which I appreciated since I had small ones. The entire time though I noticed the cook and just wanted to leave. Thankfully she brought my food in a to go bag and so I took it and left. I also noticed the bathrooms were closed not sure why. Overall just a weird vibe and not what I expected at all. Also was alittle pricey and I didn’t think it was the best. Probably won’t return again.

Delicious burgers and fries. Best customer service I have had in a long time. A+++.
