The best scheduling and shift management software that exists, and that's where it stops. The sales management team holds the destiny of the good people that sell their service in their hands. The VP of sales and Sales Director have a hidden agenda and hide sales deals from their own salespeople to keep commissions. Great founders, great software, sales managers are a different story.
Smartlinx is the best system I've ever used. Their customer service is always responsive and I never have to wait for an answer to any question I've ever had. Love the reports and the schedule optimizer. Love the mobile app as well. I'd give them 10 stars if I had the option to do so!

Smartlinx has to be the worst payroll/HR company I have ever dealt with. What horrible customer service, no one ever picks up the phone. It seems like there are 500 employees that work for this company and they can't communicate with each other in a timely manner. It takes days if not months to get a simple issue resolved. Even though our bills were paid for they decided to deactivate my account. All I want to do is access some old time cards and I have been waiting for over two weeks. There are much better companies out there, STAY AWAY FROM SMARTLINX!

Nothing good about them , they just charge as much money as they can with no service whatsoever . Would put a negative star if it would be possible . Mafia style people .
