Sascha diagnosed and repaired our PS4 console in a matter of days, after I had taken it to another local shop and they had misdiagnosed the problem and told me they couldn’t do anything about it. He kept me informed of the progress at every step and was knowledgeable, fast and approachable. I will definitely reach out to him again if I ever need anything tech related.

Very quick work! Friendly, professional service, clear invoice. I really can’t complain: the tech fixed the issue and serviced my laptop in a day (others have taken a week to resolve a similar problem in the past). He also explained everything in detail, which I liked. I will definitely be using Smart-Tech Resolutions again if/when needed.

Honestly, Sascha did a great job. He had the job done in no time. Very professional. He fixed a bent pin of my Processor, set up my whole PC and cable managed everything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help with a PC.
