Alex at Smart Tech at the Escondido mall was awesome! I came in for a iPhone 5c screen replacement with my son and he took care of it superfast. And when it wasn't responding exactly how he wanted Alex took the whole thing apart again and dialed everything in perfectly. I couldn't be happier. price was fair and the service was over to over-the-top great. Highly recommend using Smart Tech for your iPhone screen replacement or any other kind of cell phone repairs you need. Ask ask for Alex because he's the man!

I was full of anxiety about a bad screen I had got from another place and Michael, who is the head tech there, eased all of my concerns by reassuring me over the phone first and then with quick, reliable service and competitive prices. He gives customer service a new meaning going well above the standard and just being a nice person all the way around. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them.

I took my son’s Xbox to smart tech after other repair places in Escondido told me there was no hope. Smart tech took a while but figure it out! INCREDIBLE! Great service too. They called me and kept me up to date with their progress. I highly recommend them

I was heading to the Apple Store to ask about getting my iPhone repaired. As I entered the mall, I saw the kiosk and was greeted with a very friendly and knowledgeable young man Named Alex. After just a few questions, Alex said "I can take care of that and save you time and money at the same time"! I asked him how. Alex told me that they have OEM factory parts, the same ones that Apple uses, he could get started right away and that my phone would be done quicker than a trip to get a snack in the food court. He also told me that if I used Apple, that I'd most likely have to come back on another day. I was surprised that Alex was willing to start my phone, because it was almost 9:00pm. He reassured me that he had the full support from his boss to do what ever it takes to take care of their customers. And he was right! (And they were cheaper than Apple too!) I returned about 30 minutes later and my phone was not only in perfect working order, he had polished and cleaned It up too; it looked like a new phone!!! While I don't want to break my phone again, if I do, I'm coming back to you! Well done Alex!!!

My new go to place for mobile repairs. The staff is friendly and honest and their prices are great. They get the work done quick and accurately. Took my phone in for a Screen replacement and charging issues. They got my phone back to me quicker then they quoted ( less than 20 mins!!!!) and even informed my that my charging port was just dusty and cleaned it out at no additional cost. Will definitely be back with my Laptop and with any future phone issues. THANKS!!!

Awesome on the spot service! No waiting 3 hours waiting for a genius, My phone got wet and seemed to be working still after being in rice, but then it wasn’t. It was taken apart and dried out and $35.00 later... Like magic it was working. The tabs had turned pink, and according to Apple, if that happens, not only is your warranty voided, but was pretty much hopeless. I was ready to spend $300.00 on a replacement from Apple. This place was recommended to me by Apple, because I couldn’t come back in 3 hours for the appointment. I am so happy to report it wasn’t hopeless and was told by Smart Tech that they have success in about 75% of water damage cases. Give them a try if you want to save time and money!

Mike did a superb job. Even put on my screen protector, free. Gave him a tip. Do need to return and have him adjust touch screen, sensitivity is off by abt 20°/°.
