Right off the highway - easy off/on. Clean rooms, nice bed & pillows, white linens are clean and white, great price. If you need a place to sleep, don't want to spend a lot, and don't need any frills - Stay Smart will be perfect for you. Front desk person was polite & professional. We felt safe staying there. We'd stay here again if we redid the same trip.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, and nice staff. Everything was clean and well stocked. Room looked pretty newly renovated, and had a mini-fridge and microwave. My only comment is that the coating in the bathtub was peeling up, but it did not affect me as we were only here for a night.

This hotel is on my top 5 hotels list! I just arrived one hour ago after driving approximately 10 hours along with a rough day due to a moving process. Since the moment I made a phone call the overnight employee showed a professional and friendly attitude! His kindness confirmed the reviews regarding the outstanding customer service I saw on Google and Booking .com When I arrived the same man (I think his name is Kevin) was empathetic, efficient and very courteous. When I opened the room door I loved how the room looked. Very clean, pretty features and for the first time I felt like in my own home taking a shower in the nice and beautiful bathtub. I love the tiles, whole floor without carpet and the cleanliness. I can tell you that since the beginning I'm having an excellent customer service and experience. Thank you once again to the front desk guy for the warm welcome, empathy and professionalism, he making positive changes on people's lives. Stayed here last night and the room was great. Super clean, king bed was very comfortable. Remodeled very nicely. Price was more than reasonable. Pool not open. Bathtub needs relaminating only real knock. Would recommend this place

AWESOME find! I was originally unsure of this property as the phone number I called said it was no longer a working number. I then got on the internet and found a different number, that connected me with a 3rd party booking service. That service told me there was zero availability. I decided to drive to the property anyway and am glad I did. The parking lot was nearly empty. The man inside the office was very kind and accommodating. I made him aware of the phone number and 3rd party booking company issues in hopes this will bring more business his way. The rooms were newly renovated and NICE! The bed was very comfortable. This is a hidden gem. For the price point and the quality of the newly renovated rooms, I would say this is absolutely THE best option in the area if you're traveling for work or on a budget. I would absolutely stay here again!

For the price, this hotel absolutely cannot be beat. Hands down the best hotel for the price in this area. The rooms are legitimately clean, with fresh renovations and updates, and all the amenities of a more expensive room including a full mini fridge with separate freezer space and a microwave, as well as very modern fixtures. Cracker Barrel is literally across the street and the community is very clean and friendly. Any time I find myself in Lafayette from now on, I may just have to give myself a reason to stay here.

For all places in this price range, this is the best one. They actually have nice beds. Pillow top and just really good for a hotel like this. They just go the extra mile. There's an ACTUAL BATHTUB. Like large. One of the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel like this. Killer water pressure. It all looks new and they obviously take pride in their hotel. Unexpectedly great. Good job guys! Literally the only thing I could say to make it better would be warmer color bulbs, but that seems to be all hotels in this price range these days (day light bulbs are not awesome! Get warm colored ones.)

The price is impeccable, the owners are super nice and the rooms are very clean. The pillow top bed was my favorite, too bad I had things I wanted to do on my visit to Lafayette or I might have just stayed in that bed! Pet friendly too.
