I have an existing control 4 system. My Sony tv remote and tv went into demo mode. I reset the tv, which fixed it, but then the control 4 remote and configurations with the tv were gone. I called Smart Spaces Utah, and Chris was able to reconfigure everything over the phone very quickly. He knew the system very well and walked me through things. I felt confident that he was knowledgeable and experienced. Everything works great now! Thank you.
