Don't bother contacting them if you live in Columbia. I received their information from a trusted source and wanted to have them do work for my business. When I called Gene (the owner I presume) the first time, he told me that he would try to come on one particular day if he had time being his business is in Jefferson City and I live in Columbia, he only comes up a few times a week. It didn't happen on that day and for me it was no problem because I knew there was a chance he might not come. The lame part is, I had to be the one to follow up with a phone call a few days later to see about scheduling a new day. We set a meeting day for the following week, and he NEVER showed up. NEVER even called. I called him the following day to try and reschedule thinking that he just got too busy. I had to leave him a voice message and he has NEVER returned my call, that was 1 week ago to the day I wrote this review. I would STRONGLY recommend you contact Nate's Computer Repair for Columbia Mo work. They are getting more involved with that doing Audio/Video work (in addition to computer repair and more) and I have given them the contract to do the video installation that I had wanted Smart Solutions to do. Not very 'smart' there, Smart Solutions...
