I worked there for about 6 months I learned alot while i was employed. Mike and Emily are good people he is one person handling alot and i would love to help out and work with him again if i can. He does not provide internet access thats cable company. Also understand that its easy to blame someone when you are not paying the cost of repairs that in turn falls on the apartment complex owner and management.

I live in apartments in Whitewater that this company provides internet for. If something malfunctions, don't expect them to care for it in a timely manner and don't expect quality customer service. I had to call 4 or 5 times to get a hold of someone. When you do they speak to you like you're a nuisance. They claim they'll call back but never do (this occurred twice). I even set up a phone call appt. Which they failed to call. I don't care for them. The initial lady who answers is nice but it ends there.

Great service. Excellent response time. I really have had great experiences using this company.
