Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse - Tourist attraction in Sleepy Hollow - Tarrytown Light-Kingsland Point Path, USA

Pretty Little lighthouse near the Riverwalk and great views of the bridge. Lovely scenic area for peaceful walks. Park benches to sit, relax and take in the views.

Great Riverwalk with outstanding views and a peaceful environment. Friendly people all walking purposely for health and fitness. Some with Friendly canine companions. The lighthouse was closed for us but a good photo of nonetheless.

Review#1-Beautiful lighthouse but can not be accessed due to massive construction projects right in front of it. I hope lighthouse will still be visible from the roundabout after the construction is over. I really wish I had known about this construction before I drove to tarrytown. Review#2- Renovation is still going on, but I park my car in Horan's landing and walk to the lighthouse. The walking path to the lighthouse is well paved, and once renovation is over, this area will draw so many visitors. Painting on the wall next to Lighthouse is informative and something related to Hudson Valley. If you want to come to this lighthouse, then park your car in Kingsland Point Park rather than Horan's landing. No worries of your car getting towed since signs are all over in Horan's landing.

Celebrated my 36th birthday at this lovely lighthouse !

Beautiful place. The Tradition Tarrytown waterfront that it's connected to via the promenade (a la Brooklyn) is amazingly beautiful. Honestly probably the nicest new development I've seen anywhere around NYC/Long Island. You can access the lighthouse by parking at the Kingsland Point County Park ($10 non-resident) or Park at the Tarrytown Waterfront public parking area.

Nice little lighthouse perfect for sunset photography, a short walk past the dog park and picnic areas in the nearly by Kingsland Point Park (plentiful parking). The lighthouse was closed for visitors, but when we visited you can walk across the bridge and get close.

Nice location for a late afternoon walk. The lighthouse itself is open to the public and hosts a small museum. It will be even better once the construction in the adjasent waterfront park is complete.

I never made it out to the lighthouse. Google gave me directions into a construction area 🚧 and I had to go around. Parked on top a hill next to tavern. I honestly got fed up. So many condos going up it just ruined the view for me. I spent so much time in bumper to bumper traffic it made the experience unenjoyable.. If you have all day to walk around, check it out.
