A gem at the edge of town, perfect for quiet seclusion while also being very close to shopping, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. They are actually pet friendly (not just pet tolerating). Rooms with pet beds and bowls supplied, dog treats at the front office, and many available doggy stations throughout the property. My family and I rented two rooms which were beautiful and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the towel warmers were delightful. My only issue is the room we stayed in (1409) didn't get very hot water so I went to my family's room for a hot shower instead. Gorgeous views, beautiful property and totally affordable too. You could just come and stay here, never leave, and it would be a lovely and rejuvenating vacation.

Fantastic stay with family. We stayed in one of the king/twin bed cabins by the arts center and it was everything we had hoped for! Front desk staff were super friendly! Beds were comfortable and the cabin was very clean! Location was also beautiful with plenty of early December snow left over. Walkways were freshly cleared along with the parking lot. Parking was super convenient for the cabins. Much of the rest of our time was spent in town, but being able to come back to a quiet sleep away from downtown was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back next year and hope to stay a little longer next time and take advantage of all the resort amenities!

We had made our reservation months ago knowing Leavenworth sells out during Christmas. I wasn't sure what to expect as rates were so ridiculously high in town and Sleeping Lady seemed reasonable. What a wonderful surprise. The cabins are clean and cozy and fitted with all the warmth and amenities including heated towel rack. Lots of windows to see the snow covered grounds. It's quiet outside but you can hear the neighbors next door. Convenient parking. The restaurant onsite was okay. Just avoid the pizza. Front desk and restaurant staff has been very friendly. I would come back and stay here again over the hotels in town. Just a quick 5 minute drive to town.

The location itself is beautiful as it is right next to a mountain. We got an alcove room for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. Check in and out process was fast (under 10 minutes). They office itself was cozy and beautifully decorated. Our room was nice and smelled pleasant when we first walked in. There was no TV and only a mini fridge available, also the sink was located outside of the bathroom which was slightly inconvenient. Room itself was cozy and we really enjoy the cabin-style room. We went during weekdays so they were not busy, so we enjoyed a private stay. They had a cool playingroom with several games tables. The hot tub was small and open until 10PM. In my opinion, the resort is not accessible friendly. Also, it was super dark at night and we needed a flashlight to walk from the parking lot to our room. Overall, I would stay here again for the view and the cozy cabin-style room.

We travel a lot, this was the first time ever we have arrived somewhere and our room was not ready (we arrived 30 min early), not a big deal... Then, at the 3 o clock check-in, the front desk helped the entire line and didn't address us (even as people were walking in, just arriving). We got our room late - not too long after check-in, but regardless, no one addressed us. The hot tub was closed down, which is a bummer. It was the one thing we were all looking forward to. Not too many places in Leavenworth have an open outdoor hot tub for Winter. I also left a note and asked the front desk to for Natasha (the resort manager) to email or call me... never heard from her. Which shows customer service is not important. However, the cabins are adorable, and this could have been a very nice stay - but the manager not caring to call me says it all.

Pros, large property and dog friendly and kid friendly. The loft room was quite claustrophobic. It needs to be rearranged and a few things added and removed. Ex: too many lamps. would love to use the side table, had a lamp not been there. Make use of the beams and do some overhead lighting instead. The beds and bedding were quite uncomfortable. It was too hot so I thought if I adjusted the thermostat it would fix it, then I noticed the auto controller thing by the door and yanked it off, which turned off the heat. Not sure if the thermostats is just for show. Wanted to open some of the windows, but the screens are damaged in many of the windows, so I felt unsafe leaving them open for an extended period of time, especially when sleeping. We didn't get a room with AC, hence needing to open the windows. They had a large controlled burn which sucks cause you can’t exactly enjoy a stroll. The beeping of the golf car was super annoying. Had the property map showed that the cabin were more like motel rooms connected to each other I don't think I would have booked it. You are too close to the person next to you, I think there are 4 rooms per cabin, with the loft ones on the outside. Then they have a meeting room as one of the cabins. This is meant for corporate getaways not anything else.

The experience was amazing. We stayed there for 3 days and had a very relaxing time. We booked a cabin which lies at the back end of the resort with amazing views of the mountains. The room itself was not very clean and i don’t think the sheets were changed before we got the room. Tried to call the front desk but they were always busy. Apart from that overall stay was great. There is a game room, pool and restaurant on site that we can walk to. Our kids enjoyed the walks on the trail as it was safe and not crowded. Best part is it’s pet friendly. Except for the restaurant we could take our Golden everywhere. Once you arrive, everything is on site and don’t need a car unless to drive into town for different food.

We started coming here nine years ago for our anniversary and, although we've skipped a year here and there, generally stay at the Eyrie in November. Sleeping Lady is in a beautiful setting and, if you value quiet, fall is a great time to go. The Eyrie is even more secluded than the rest of the lodging, set up on a small hill, past the pool and hot tub. It is simple and comfortable, with a great bed, lovely bedding and a cozy wood stove. The yoga class offered on Saturday is wonderful and the space is really nice, with nice mats and props.||There are a few things management could attend to, though, that would make the experience even better. One can't really be helped but bears mention: they no longer have the dining room with buffet. This is a huge loss. They used to have a sit- down dinner with lavish buffet that was reasonably- priced and it is a major draw to the resort. Being able to eat on site rather than go back out to downtown Leavenworth upped the relaxation factor quite a bit. There is no mention of this closing on the website. They do have a place called O'Gradys and when we visited for lunch, it was nice: a roaring fireplace, wonderful, kind staff and good food. But to have that as the only option for dinner isn't great: it has the standard fare: steak, burgers, chicken strips, Caesar... at really high prices. So instead, we went to Larch, the only good restaurant (and it's really good, with large portions) we've found in downtown Leavenworth, both nights. ||The main draw to the resort is unplugging and taking it easy. To that end, I really wish they'd put in a French press with decent coffee or just advertise on site that you can bring your own. If you are a coffee drinker and want to wake up late and drink coffee in bed (half the fun of this place), then the "coffee bags" that are similar to tea bags and glass mugs don't cut it. We had to walk down to the front desk to get coffee in the morning. They don't encourage you taking the to- go cups back with you by not offering paper coffee holders, so I balanced three small, hot to- go cups to bring back for my husband and me. Not ideal. This is a really pricey cabin: they should offer the amenity of good coffee, or at least something to make it with, as a baseline. ||There are also no extras in the cabin, such as a blanket or two to cozy up by the fire. There is a huge dresser and many, many drawers, but not one extra blanket. ||Finally, a couple of other small things: the library was locked, and we would have liked to relax and read in there. The cabin had one lone tissue left in the tissue box: would be nice to replenish for new guests. Also, the front desk stated that we could not start the fire ourselves and had to have someone come do it for is. That's odd and a new policy. Our first afternoon there, I called guest services and she said someone would come "immediately" to light it. Half an hour later, we were still waiting. I called back and she apologized, saying she got caught up talking to the fire- starter. That's fine, but don't say "immediately" if you're going to make guests wait and have to call back. ||All- in- all, we had a nice stay, but with the loss of the dining room, I'm not sure we'll be back. The small service issues have always been there: they don't see to act on customer feedback and kind of just dig in.

Great place to stay! Short walk to downtown saves on the stress associated with the parking situation in Leavenworth. Nice rooms and the beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the snowstorm we experienced while visiting (we had our own sleds, I don’

Stayed here for a night for my birthday trip to Leavenworth: The room was clean and cozy, but most of all, the service was fantastic. The bartenders were friendly and welcoming. We called and asked how late we were able to check in and they answered
