Front Desk clerk Amy was so nice to us; answered all of our questions and got us into a disability room which my wife needed and I did not put in for it when I made my reservation. Very clean and well run establishment. Full breakfast and service very good. Highly recommended.
Terrible experience. Booked a king sized bed and given a single double bed. They claim it is a Queen. It isn’t. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Manager is a liar. They do not deserve your business. They say the price for the room they gave me is the same and they cannot guarantee the room if you go through a third party, but they will guaranteed take your money. What a terrible business. Plus they lied to Expedia about the check in. They claimed they had to get a manager to honor reservation and had given me the room to help me, which is complete fabrication. We walked in, gave our name and were checked in within 30 seconds. I will see them in court. Save the hassle and stay some place honest.
Amy was the best front desk attendant. She was friendly, informative and very cordual. The room was almost brand new with great beds and furnishings. The breakfast had plenty of protien items, for us low carb folks.
We were extremely pleased with our stay at this Sleep Inn. Quick check in; room was clean & updated; roomy, comfy bed, plenty of towels, great toiletries, and free parking in a well lit lot. Restaurants nearby. Excellent stay!
Didn't stay there, was next door at Apple Bee's. But hav stayed there in the past. And I would definitely recommend it to others. Probably 1 of the best places to stay. It's like they treat u like family.!!!
It’s very clean with nice staff! The breakfast is ok but there are plenty of options close by if you want breakfast at a restaurant. It’s in a safe place located off the freeway in the liberty university campus area.
been staying at this hotel for years off and on .it needs updating now more than ever. front desk is always nice and friendly Nichole and Amy are awesome. place isn't maintained as well as it used to be since they don't have the maintenance guy that was there previously he kept the place well maintained !!
Very clean, super comfortable and nice size rooms. Amy at the front desk is awesome! She was super helpful, kind and friendly.! Breakfast is very good too. I would definitely stay here again...thank you!!
