Sleep Inn Jonesboro-Hodge - Hotel in Jonesboro - 134 Old Winnfield Rd, USA

The hotel is immaculately clean and very safe, next to a Sheriff's station and a Walmart. ||Staff is nice and efficient, the room was very comfortable and I slept well. It was much nicer than it seemed on their website||The only problem is the "breakfast". No coffee at breakfast?! It was the worst breakfast I've ever seen in a hotel. Better just not to offer it than to do it so badly. ||I will go back, but I'll plan to have breakfast at the nearby McDonald's.

The staff was nice. Room 311 has a loose toilet. There was a little plastic anchor wedged in front but it still rocked. There was drywall tape messed up in a few of the corners. In the bathroom there were tiny bugs on the ceiling. I smashed one, and it looked like blood. The others I removed and put in the sink. They weren't moving, so maybe the room was treated before we came. There was mildew around shower. The soap tray had be poorly reattach in the shower, but not a deal breaker. There was what looked like mildew or mold around the bathroom vent, but it might be from the bugs.

The Bed and Breakfast were really good. Slept well. I started not to stay here because of reviews but I’m glad that I did! The reviews were wrong. Can’t find anything wrong with the hotel.|Eggs, sausage and toast juices, milk and coffee waffle

This hotel was gross and very disgusting. My room had serious water damage issues in the bathroom. There was a 1ft by 6" section of drywall by the shower door that was barely being held together by the mold and mildew growing on it. There was drooping paint from water damage. The room stank from mildew and moisture being allowed to accumulate in there with no air circulation. The hotel was under a water boil ban at the time of our visit so we could not drink the water and the hotel did not even offer bottled water or ice so to get a drink we had to go to the gas station next door which was inconvenient and a pain. ALmost everyday I was there the room key i was given stopped working and required me to go downstairs to get a new one. Overall the whole experience was horrible and I can say I would never stay there again. This place made the cab of my rental vehicle look like a better place to stay!

Breakfast was the same thing every day some old tasting sausage and weirdly cooked eggs that tasted like plastic. The night auditor was rude and mean to my kids and got an attitude with me when I addressed it. The Wi-Fi is slower than phone data. The rooms were not the cleanest, and there was a roach by the coffee pots. The shower door wouldn’t shut and if it did shut you had a hard time getting it back open. Will never stay here again.

When I first arrived, they gave me a room with no air conditioner, knowing the air was messed up. My bathroom is not clean. I felt real nasty staying in the room. They never came around to clean sheets. I had to steadily call. I checked out early and they still charged me for remaining days. The manager wasn’t too friendly

|Awful...if I could give it 0 stars I would|As soon as we walked in the lobby the odor hit us, the entire hotel stank, deep musty smell everywhere.|No air in the fitness room- no matter how you adjust the AC it stayed 78 degrees, unusable|Cleaning nonexistent-trash and garbage everywhere outside the rooms, trash cans overflowing|Room cleaning was a joke, we stayed four days and got a few towels and washcloths...that's it!! no other cleaning, not even toilet paper, floors were filthy no vaccuming, we took out our own garbage just to get it out of the room.|No one was ever at the front desk had to ring a bell. when we call at night about a need the night person had no idea, just said the manager will be back tomorrow. |Breakfast awful, frozen white egg patties, apples and sometimes yogurt. No kitchen staff...the night manager put out the food in the morning and then no one was to be seen. The breakfast area was atrocious, used cups, spills on the counters and everywhere.|TV in room was miniscule with less than 20 channels. No local channels|140 a night was a joke for this...it was worse than super 8

This hotel has gone downhill. 3 years ago we stayed a week because of a death in the family and we were so great full our hometown had a newish hotel and it was great…..clean!!!! Now not only is the hotel worn down it’s dirty. The towels and washcloths are disgusting. The sheets and bedding were worn. And the other guest weren’t all that great either.
