Sleep Inn Flagstaff - Featured Reviews (836)
This should probably be a 4 star review due to the price and a minor room issue that was rectified immediately! The price wasn't an issue either as there were no hidden fees and they were up front with all prices.
The reason sleep inn gets 5 stars is the staff! I was blown away by the competence and friendliness of the staff.
Every employee was top notch and helpful and made an already great trip spectacular!
Great location also! Close to dinning, shopping and even a hiking trail at the edge of the property.
The property is a little dated but well maintained and the friendly and competent staff more than makes up for it!
I realize this a college town and employee turnover is probably pretty high but the owner of this property should do everything possible to retain the current staff!

The website lists many more amenities than are available. The Flagstaff location has no laundry services and no gym but the website lists those as amenities here. The staff was kind. It does have free breakfast & parking.
Noisy guests were slamming doors since 5am. That happened the two nights we stayed in. Relaxing jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok. I did not like the parking space, only two spaces left and cars were double parked. TV cable was available in our room.
We picked this hotel because the room cost was reasonable, and there were 4 restaurants within walking distance. The front desk was one of the friendliest people I've encountered at a front desk in a long time. They suggested a restaurant a Greek restaurant that was 7-minute walk from the hotel. The food and the service were exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here anytime I'm in Flagstaff
We were extremely satisfied with the whole experience at this hotel. The shower was a good size. The room was cozy. Check in was easy. I love the side door entrance that made it easier to load everything into our room.
overall, a pretty nice find. our biggest issues: parking was a disaster. so many people occupying multiple spaces. and when one of the adults (female) in our party approached the person at the counter, he was very rude and abrasive. the person that checked us in when we arrived was very pleasant, as was the person that checked us out in the morning.
My husband and I stayed in this hotel at the beginning and the end of a 10 day trip through northern Arizona. I would say that our first stay was somewhat better than our last stay.||When we arrived, the clerk at the desk couldn't be more helpful! Our rooms were very clean and quite nice, although we didn't like how the shower seemed to be set up for those with disabilities. The hotel has a nice lobby area with fireplace, a very large eating area and even a firepit outside, along with a grill. This Sleep Inn also has an indoor pool and hot tub/spa, although we didn't use it as we didn't bring bathing suits. Right across the street, there is a shopping center with a WalMart, a number of stores, a laundromat and restaurants, including a Buffalo Wild Wings. You could walk there. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! Not only did they have the usuals including cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels, and toast, there was also sausage or bacon with eggs and make-your-own Belgian waffles. There was also someone close by, helping guests and refilling breakfast items. ||On our second stay, we were given a room that the television didn't work. So then we were given ANOTHER room where the television didn't work, either. So finally the clerk at the desk called maintenance and he was able to find the problem. By this visit, I needed to wash clothes. Unfortunately, there is no laundry for guests. We were told to go across the street to the laundromat, but they closed at 8:30 and we didn't have enough time. The toilets also were very low, and I suggest you swap out to comfort-heigh toilets. ||Still, Flagstaff Sleep Inn was one of the better hotels in which we stayed, and we would definitely stay here, again.

This hotel is so fun! Kids loved the rooms with disco lights and nostalgic throwback decor! Fire pit under the stars or throw some bags! Though a bit chilly the kids loved the 80 degree pool and managed even with it only being 39 degrees out. Pet fr

Maybe the best chain hotel in town. Walk a couple of blocks to plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Beautiful, clean, spacious and light rooms. Nice breakfast, with friendly staff there and at check in. Upgraded to a corner suite.
I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was lodge-y themed with a large wood-burning fireplace. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious (2 queens and pullout couch) and included a coffee bar area with Keurig, fridge, microwave, and safe tuck
I won a bet with my buddy about who had the best burrito in town. I made him eat an El Mayor from Tres Amigos. He looked me dead in the eyes and said: "you win".
Gracie Barra Flagstaff has been such a great place to watch our son learn fundamentals of life, safety and become more confident as a 6 year old. We've only been here since January 2023 and we have enjoyed every part of being involved in this academy
