Great clean rooms. Front desk service could be better. Staff is text on the phone but have no courtesy of standing when approached. Shower is hot but water is super slow. I wish they would have bulk amenities instead of small bottles.

Perfectly adequate. The rooms were clean. The beds were fine. There was a breakfast, though nothing to write home about. But the elevator was so hot it felt like stepping into the literal gates of Hell. Room AC was also not particularly efficient or effective.

Hotel is in a great location. Restaurants, Walmart, and Coffee places easily walk to. Wide Sidewalks all around so you can get your early morning walk in, take the dog etc. Good area to take your pet with bags for easy disposal. Hotel was clean and the room was just right. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and very helpful. My only complaint is that the hot tub was out of order. I would have skipped if I had known. Normally I would have checked out, but the location is so awesome I overlooked it.

We have stayed here at the Sleep Inn now 7 times in the past 9 months, our daughter goes to school at FL. Over all they have been very nice, and accommodating. This trip we came in for only one night arriving around 10:30. I asked for a late checkout last night, for noon. The person said that shouldn’t be a problem just ask in the morning. Well I went down this morning and asked for a late checkout (12pm) instead of 11am. They stated no. I asked if they were booked for tonight and she states no. My issue is a very loyal customer, and planed on staying here when we visit my daughter, you couldn’t extend the checkout one hour? I do have to say this hasn’t been the customer service we have experienced in the past. Hopefully this was just a bad day and not the new norm. Normally I have given a 5 star rating for the service but today I gave it a 2. If I could break it up, I would give the night crew, and breakfast crew a 5, and I would give the day front desk a 1.

My husband and I took a trip to Durango for our one year wedding anniversary and we stayed at the Sleep in Durango Hotel. The hotel is newer, clean, large and well lit bathrooms, mini fridge and microwave in the rooms and the rooms are pretty quiet. It's located on the side of the highway and to our surprise it was pretty peaceful. The location is an 11 minute drive from downtown Durango, has your typical free breakfast (wasn't bad food), free outdoor parking, pool and small gym. However, if you're inquiring about a military discount then make sure to add that when booking the hotel - don't ask at the front desk.

Hotel rooms were very clean. TV’s only had 54 channels and no options to stream Netflix etc. swimming pool floor was very dirty, had hair and trash floating in the pool and was not heated. Jacuzzi was also very dirty. When the jet timers were set the jacuzzi started to foam and black residue was coming out the jets. Both swimming pool and jacuzzi had a strong chlorine smell. Staff not friendly or resourceful. Two female staff were present at the time and were gossiping about guests loud enough to hear from the elevator. Poor customer service skills. Staff was not welcoming entering and leaving facility. They stayed seated and watched as you passed the desk. Hotels should ensure all their amenities are up to advertising standards. And they need staff with customer service skills.

The young lady in the morning when we reported our sheets having blood stains on them was very nice. She followed us up to our room and also took pictures to send to her manager and check the rest of our bed. She then changed us rooms and said a 20% will be given and a receipt will be put under our door. We never received a receipt, and the 20% was really only 10%. Even though she changed our rooms, one of the twin beds also had blood stains on them. It was very late when we got back from the Hot Springs, and we were too tired to even be told to change rooms again. It was our last night, and we already addressed our first concerns. So we left thinking we were well taken care of, that was until my boyfriend got the refund and it was only $20. From my calculations, 20% of $221 is $44.5, not $20. He tried to call back and discuss this, but was just repeatedly told that was the 20%. I will be posting the pictures from both rooms, the king bed from our first room, and one of the other twin beds from our second. I'd advise checking your sheets before anything else.

It’s a few miles out of town. It’s a newer hotel but doesn’t seem to be upkept, but it was adequate. The room AC is really loud and the thermostat does not seem to work properly. The paint in the rooms looks like it was one thin coat so it’s already peeling. The floors downstairs in the lobby are cracking and falling apart and one hallway has drywall patches that are unpainted. There is no HVAC in the elevator, so it’s really hot in there and the door does opens again when you get in it. Breakfast was good but average. Seems like it’s in a safe area. Wayyy overpriced for what it is.

Very clean hotel that does accept animals. I have stayed hear 2 times and each time was satisfying. A bit better on the pocket book considering the neighboring hotels. Acces to a river walk too. Your only 5 minutes from downtown!
