Mold on carpet in the hot tub suite the safe was detached from wall very down hill from last stay . I asked to get switch they were full I’m highly allergic to mold we left. They didn’t refund us either. I tried contacting manager I told front desk nobody ever responded so here we are. Our power was out at this time as well so we were kinda in a bind. Was a great place to stay but might not ever return now.

Bed wasn't that comfy. Hot tub didn't have jets working, and the mini fridge had items remainder of previous occupants. However breakfast was good, area feels safe, and the room itself was spacious and newer than other places that I've stayed at. The fact you had to drive a bit into town to get to may not be ideal depending where you're going. Otherwise decent place for rest.

My family stayed here while visiting and they said that the rooms were exceptionally clean! And that customer service was so kind. It’s such a great thing that washington has this nice hotel for people to stay at for visiting family or working. There are other options close by but this is the one my family always chooses and they enjoy! My family will come back to this location again in the future while visiting!

This place has amazing customer service… the rooms are clean. It’s quiet, the pool and hot tub are great. The breakfast rocks. Location is fire.. Nice work Sleep Inn. You’re staff is fire. You must understand employees and process. I’ll be back!

Good customer service but rooms need a thorough cleaning and cleaning lady either needs a raise or a new job bc she is not happy and must be burned out. Average breakfast, nice having waffle maker. It would be nice if breakfast was a available a little longer

Overall nice stay in Jacuzzi suite Rate 2.5 on cleanliness, 5 on breakfast 🥞 4 on customer service (front desk is great) cleaning gal CLEARLY is burned out or underpaid (I understand being in service field my whole life) but something needs to change. Not only our other rooms, only getting bare necessity cleaning, arrest of it seemed to be being cleaned by her as well. The front desk staff was very motivated and staying busy, very friendly and knowledgeable . A very nice perk is the barbecue/burger/brewery next-door! Walk next-door and not Worry about driving home after having a drink. The food there was phenomenal! but back to the room, I’m GLAD I CAME PREPARED WITH CLEANING SUPPLIES AND GLOVES. In scrubbing the jacuzzi, I found AT LEAST a dozen different peoples hairs from diff parts of the body 🙃 in the jacuzzi and it clearly was not cleaned. I also cleaned the floor on tiles around it, which very clearly had not been cleaned. The refrigerator was clearly Ignored with ice cream, drippings inside and noticeably dirty and other ways. There was an artificial fingernail on the floor by the window. Splashing of stuff on the long mirror and walls, the back of the bed had a hand prints and smears all over it. The room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice, but they need to be cleaned better. I literally spent 45 minutes to an hour cleaning before I felt comfortable. Another very dirty area, is the heater/AC unit. There was clearly mold, and when I looked at the curtain, it had quite a bit of mold, growing on it as well, and the under curtain also had evidence of mold, and clearly had not been washed for a long time. We both had a hard time sleeping with the windows closed, our allergies were very bothered The whole time we were there, which made it hard to sleep because of coughing and thickened mucus. We did enjoy our stay, it was nice to get away, but it was a lot of work for a getaway. Also, to note, I had to ask for towels and soap, because the gal had not put them in our room. She also was obviously annoyed by people did not make eye Contact was on the phone and my presence, and complaining about the rooms, and then I could clearly hear her complaining out loud to herself about something and one of the rooms that she was cleaning. She needs a raise or retrained/reminded of how to do her job. Or she has been there too long and feels underappreciated. The variety at breakfast was nice, our favorite part was the waffle maker. A can of whip cream in the cooler would have been a nice top off for that. Just FYI 😂🤣 We don’t stay in a room often, I am normally not a critical person, but I am a hard worker, and I try to do my job. So of course I noticed when someone is not doing theirs. And if someone is getting a Jacuzzi room, then they plan on using it, so it would be a nice touch, if it were thoroughly cleaned (Instead of completely ignored ) After I scrubbed it with bleach and even cleaned the disgusting areas were the Jets are, Then ran the water and use the Jets to flush it, the film was disgusting, that I had to keep wiping off the sides of the tub. And this was before we used it. . I am glad I had bleach with me and thought to run a trial run after I cleaned it. It was nice, because the water came out, hot the whole time when filling and it is a very nice size, two people comfortably, and probably even three could sit in there. Definitely two adults and a couple children. Overall We still enjoyed our stay, but I will think twice about getting a room here again, just based on the cleanliness. The basics were done, but no dusting had been done in a while, the shower, handheld, was very clearly, dirty, you could see the dust sitting on top of the blow dryer, anything that I cleaned with paper towels, came off very dirty. Someone had written on the window with their finger in the dust, “wash me” 😅But to the quick, naked eye, it seems clean.

Positive: Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Negative: Room wasn?t cleaned completely before we checked in. Found debris in bathroom by the garbage can and still had debris particles in floor and counters were sticky.

Booked a King suite with a jacuzzi. Was downgraded to a regular king. Given a sams club bottle of water and a granola bar at checkin wasn't offered my points. Front desk told me they wouldn't do a late check out since I didn't request it over a month ago when booking my reservation. Pool area floor had mold all over it and the hot tub that I was going to have to use as my room was downgraded looked green. We didn't even put our suits on. Breakfast was mediocre and cold. Found pubic hairs and long hairs of a different color in our sheets. Maid cart in the hall way when I went down for check out. No clean sheets on it and no dirty ones in the hamper part. Got hollared at on my way out the door couldn't even get up and say thank you. Such a lack of customer service and care.
