Positive: location Negative: The carpet had RED color spray paint on multiple spots. The first look was scary as it looked like blood. Both the double beds covers had multiple strands of hair. One of the beds had spots indicating past wetness. Small bugs crawling on the wall.

Tv didn’t have a remote and they lock all doors at 9 pm doesn’t matter if you have a room key the card scanners don’t work. And only use cash they’ll charge you a hold of $100 and never give it back to you. I’m on a month of waiting for my deposit. Also LOCK YOUR DOORS

Everything on this Hotel is fine except the Breakfast and breasfast room, not always well stocked, often dirty. The same boring breakfast everyday, sleep in need to step up their game. Alot of the other choices hotel in the area have Variety.

Positive: The pool was very nice and it was close to where we needed it to be. Negative: The room was horrible, cigarette burns everywhere. Even though they told me ten times it was a non smoking room, the whole thing smelled of smoke-even the hallway. The comforter on the bed had holes and was dirty. I would never stay here again

Check in on Wednesday & Lissandro was working. He helped us get into our rooms with no problems after a very long day. He was very friendly, welcoming, understanding, & patient with us. He made sure to tell us everything we needed to know!! The rooms were VERY CLEAN I was shocked at how clean they were. No sheets stains, curtains looked very new, the shower pressure & water was great!! Not too much noise going on, hardly any stains on the carpet. Everything was clean & the breakfast was good too!! I would most definitely recommend this place to my family & friends when they’re in town thanks to Lissandro!!! Our stay was PLEASANT & PEACEFUL!! Great customer service Lissandro you make the world a better place!!! Thank you!!

I went to this hotel on May 20, 2024 and checked in and left right back out of the room. After returning back to room in some hours, bugs was everywhere in the room. I went downstairs to the front desk and informed them plus showed pictures of all the bugs in the room. The front desk clerk gave me a number to call to speak to the GM and request a refund. I called the GM for 3 days in a row and he kept telling me that he waiting on someone to contact him back. I did a dispute with my bank and they denied the dispute. Please DO NOT STAY at this nasty filty Hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The service was consistently poor going as far as Karla Ramirez openly calling my sister a hard head ( SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) with unhelpful staff and long wait times. It's disappointing when a hotel fails to meet basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here. If I could of gave no starts I would of rather done that.

A new worker there I think he started working about 2 weeks ago I'm not sure he said he was "new" he was also bald (just describing him) he is very rude ! Really rude maintenance is okay I stayed there for 3 days and maintenance didn't clean it on the second day after I told the lady to have my room cleaned and left ! Back to the new bald guy VERYY RUDE he was cussing at me and then denied when my husband asked him the rest of the staff was okay decent I say but him no rude !!!! and the manager why did he hired him very rude
