Sleep Inn & Suites Ruston Near University - Hotel in Ruston - 106 S Service Rd E, USA

From check-in at around 3:30, April 5th. we had a great experience. The ladies up front, I apologize for forgetting your names, but she had awesome colored hair (Blue). Room was nice and clean. Donna and Sheila were awesome. They kept everything stocked for breakfast and were just really nice. EVERY staff member we came in contact with was just really nice. 10 out of 10 recommend.

First time staying here. The guests were all in 40's-70's professionals and retirees. I felt safe in this location and my car was safe. Great exterior lighting and there is a QT across the street so it is a very peopled location. The thing that surprised me the most was how quiet the hotel was. I was on the 4th floor and never heard a door close, people walking up and down the hall, suitcases rolling down the hallway, elevator dinging, nothing. It was truly a Sleep Inn.

Staff very friendly welcoming smiley happy, clean rooms, tidy hotel, comfy bed, great breakfast, pool and jacuzzi clean and relaxing, safe area, QT right across street. All together pleasant experience😊 and this hotel is proud to fly the American flag and a flag of six branches of our military out front. Refreshing to see such patriotism❤️🇺🇸.

Elevator was broken and we had climb stairs to our Suite on the 2nd floor. Indoor poor was freezing cold but clean. Hot tub knob was broken off to turn on the hot on. Suite room was clean and nice. One lamp was missing so had to bring another one next to night stand table. I could not use my T mobile Internet service there.

Nice little hotel right off the interstate. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good. Would stay here again

Positive: Had a family reunion at the Lincoln Parish Library Event Center. The hotel was across the street and they were willing to help with any problems that came up. Negative: Taxes.

Our suite could have used an update. However, that said I would stay here again. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. I would stay here again just to see the breakfast attendee, Donna, I have never seen such care given to every guest. She kept everything full, clean and went overboard to attend to every guest needs as well as got to know the guest. I was there for two days for breakfast probably a total of 90min observing her great service. I saw her help guest with kids, help guest who were bringing food to their room by bringing them lids and bags to put their breakfast in. This really helped them to keep from making a mess in halls and elevators as I have seen at other hotels. She truly made every guest at home and obviously loves her job. I was a retail manager for most of my life so I took the time to sit there and observe her to see if she was that way with everyone and if she was genuine and she was. If she were my employee I would make every effort to keep her because she genuinely cares and does an amazing job and people will come back because she made every guest priority.

Husband and I were in the middle of driving 1900 miles and were at the middle of the night stopping point and ended up here. Front desk service was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and quick. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Shower was large and nice. The provided soap and shampoo and conditioner definitely weren't cheap. The bed wasn't top tier but it did the job and was comfortable. Honestly the best part was the breakfast. It's difficult to make powdered eggs tasty but they sure do here. The texture and flavor were fantastic. They also have yogurt, cereal, bagels and muffins, a waffle bar, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The staff overseeing breakfast was so friendly. 10/10 would stay here again.
