Awkward check-in. I booked my stay directly with the hotel and notified them I'd be bringing my dog. They told me I could stay on the 1st or 2nd floor with my pet. When I arrived and they placed me on the third floor. No biggie. They changed it to 212 though the 2 women checking me argued whether it was occupied or not. Before bringing in my luggage I went directly to 212 to check it out. Sure enough 2 suitcases and personal belongings were there. Luckily no persons were present for the awkward interaction. When I notified the front desk the room was occupied the woman rolled her eyes and they went back to figuring out a room for me. Finally I was given a room on the first floor. The AC barely worked but after taking over an hour to check in I did not want to have to interact with the women to change my room again. With all the chaos I still had 212s keys and returned them to the desk once I checked into my first floor room. Mostly disappointed with lack of safety and security. Other than that, convenient location and clean rooms. The woman managing the breakfast was very sweet and attentive to all guests.
I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I paid over $700.00 for a 2 night stay in the King Whirlpool Suite this weekend. Suite 202. I was very disappointed when I arrived and saw the whirlpool. It was so disgusting! The tiles around the tub and the caulking was moldy, the jets and filter was very dirty, and the tub was worn, cracked, and soap scum. I would not recommend this room to anyone who is looking to relax in a whirlpool!!! It's too bad because the hotel was clean. I don't know why the whirlpool was neglected, but it ruined my trip! I hope they replace that tub, the cleaner, and the photos that are online detailing that room.
Janice was super helpful when we walked in at 1 am after a really bad storm made us need to stop overnight. It was nice to work with someone so friendly that late at night! All the other staff we saw were very nice and helpful as well. The hotel itself is fine, clean and comfortable but nothing to write home about.
Initially the room smelled like an ash tray, we had to run to Walmart and buy a plug-in air freshener and a febreeze to remedy that situation, the room was at the lower numbers of the floor which felt like a block away from the 1 elevator. Common area rug have way down the corridor was stained and soiled. The chair in the room was uncomfortable and soiled, the office chair at the computer desk was broken (headrest hanging off one side), toilet was set so low taller guys may have to get on their knees to urinate (comical but true), the pitch in the shower is ridiculous, it's like standing on a slope. Overall not a good or enjoyable stay/experience. Can't recommend this particular Sleep Inn & Suites.
Positive: I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The pool area looked nice and clean but we never got a chance to use it. Breakfast also surpassed my expectations. Great deal! Negative: ""
Was here on vacation with the family, it was ok. Its close to many of the shops and stores. The people that work here are very nice. The rooms were clean, only issue is that there is a damp smell throughout the hotel. So it was kind of a give and take also wasnt a fan of the carpets in the room. Not deal breakers but just figured if im paying 500ish dollars for 4 days the room would smell more pleasant.
Located between Lake George and Glens Falls, this great hotel is beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable.
We always stay at the Sleep Inn in Queensbury, NY when we are visiting family. The staff is beyond helpful and so friendly!! The rooms are quite nice. The hot complimentary breakfast is very filling from waffles to delicious coffee!! Location is perfect for us, off of I87 exit 19.
Awesome trails! We are a couple of 60+ year olds, and have been working our way thru the local trails. This one took us almost twice as long than the same distance on Halfway Brook, we really needed to pay attention to the roots and rocks....which is
I brought my daughter and her friend here for her 15th birthday and we had such a great time! The attendant spent a lot of time going over gun safety as we needed it and allowed us to move along at our own pace. He was incredibly kind and patient, wh
Okay first of all, mini golf is pretty popular pastime in the Lake George area. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this location has TWO courses! Thatâs 36 holes total! I believe the prices were $10 per person for one course or $16 to do both
beautiful lit XC skiing trails. trails are groomed with enough room for skate skis and classic XC skis, they also have snowshoeing trails. all the trails seem well marked. absolutely must check this place out!!
This place is a gem! Was craving some delicious Hispanic food and of course, the options in the area were limited. Stopped by La Cocina Mexicana and was pleasantly surprised! Ordered a chicken quesadilla which was fantastic! Filled with veggies and c
