Good hotel for the price. Rooms are clean, but outdated. The heater would not work properly and was hot even at 62. At check in the shift manager was too busy with the computer to even acknowledge the presence of a customer right in front and to mention that it will be a moment. Location is confusing as it sits behind other shopping center. Breakfast is name sake. Self service with rock solid frozen biscuits. Neve the less it is good hotel for travelers on the go and at a good price.

This was my first stay at a Sleep Inn hotel a d week be my last stay. My advice to anyone reading this is to book another hotel but avoid Holiday Inn it's surprisingly worse. ||Positives:|Comfortable bed, no bed bugs, fast check-in, employees not rude but not overly friendly. ||The Bad:|Lobby smells good but due to wall plug-ins, once in the halls and stairs beyond lobby it reeks of wet dog so most likely from carpet. The room angels better but only slightly. ||The bathroom was filthy with only a shower (no tub) but was so unkempt we refused to use it or remove shies unless sleeping. ||Furniture and wall art worn and stained in room. The couch looked to be at least 15 years old and never cleaned. The art above the couch had stain on it as well. The room felt dirty like you needed to constantly wash your hands after touching anything on it. The remote was also disgusting I would doubt it's ever been cleaned. The same with the coffee maker, cleaning isn't a priority here. We saw rooms being cleaned on check-in and check out not a singe room was vacuumed, the carpet was dirty and stained but still cleaner than the bathroom. ||The room had an odor like feet, a stale musty one but better than the hall and stairs. The ac u it would not work, it's was warm in the room so we thought let's cool it and maybe the smell will leave. It would not work on cool. You have fan or heat, so move around the smell or make it worse are your only options. ||The hot breakfast had bare options, not what you would expect and looked to be old and left over from previous day. This is not a perk do yourself a favor and visit Tudors biscuit world down the road. |||It's not what you expect at the price for the room. This hotel should be in the $75-99 range per night for the level of care and quality you get and even at that price the shower is usually clean and ac works. It feels like management doesn't care about the property and the quality has suffered. I will not stay at another Sleep Inn property and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Check in was easy with friendly staff and accommodating with any concerns. When I got my room I walked in and it smelled of urine so I had to get a different room. Replacement room was nice. Tv had to be replaced in the room my mother was in, but it was quickly taken care of. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet for a good nights sleep. Swimming pool was freezing, suggest to possibly have it heated since it’s an indoor pool.

Was very accommodating, I showed up at 7:30 am after working 15 hour night shift and they put me in a clean room away from anyone they thought might be slightly noisy so I could get some rest before returning to work. Breakfast was good, they had waffles!

Bed was comfortable; staff was friendly -- that was about it!! Only protein in breakfast room was yogurt -- and, it was gone before 8:00 AM. No hot eggs, no boiled eggs, no meat, no fresh fruit, one kind of juice in packaged container, three cereal choices, slice white bread and a gluten free selection only, no peanut butter packets, no cream cheese (no bagels to put it on), no jelly, No, No, No!! Certainly does not live up to a standard Sleep Inn or other Choice Hotels. Very disappointed -- as were the other guest in the "breakfast room".

Our first stay at a Sleep Inn hotel was in Charleston. Upon check-in, there were warm cookies, coffee, hot chocolate packs, tea and popcorn. The breakfast was hot , with eggs, meat and fruit, and above average with several selections. A wonderful lady attended too. We stayed there on two different occasions so opted to book at a second Sleep Inn expecting a similar experience . NOT. The next Sleep Inn was clean and the bed was fine but no effort was extended with the poor unsatisfactory , scanty breakfast. The bacon was fatty and greasy and even smelled bad permeating throughout the hall.. The "Eggs" were hard yellow pucks we couldn't even eat. Not much else edible in sight. It was a big disappointment. Unfortunately, the Princeton Sleep Inn our second try at a different Sleep Inn was also a very big letdown. The employees were nice and the furnishings were clean but worn. There was only a shower in a tiny bathroom,no tub and we had a low unstable toilet that rocked unsteadily and was worrisome regarding our safety. The" hot breakfast" advertised was a huge misnomer. Misadvertising. Weak coffee, no eggs, no bacon no sausage , no bicuits and no gravy- not breakfast to us at all as they claimed . There was just a two slice toaster or make your own waffles on one waffle |maker in a room full of guests w/o even a chair for us to sit on. The smaller than-average muffins were cold and of a cheap make like the kind that sit in cellophane in a box on a dusty grocery store shelf. Think Little Debbie. This Sleep Inn chain may be for some nondiscriminatory travellers who want just a clean bed but it is no longer for us . I think better options and more effort are extended to their guests by other chains for a similar cost. Personally I would recommend booking elsewhere.

This location is great! It’s pretty close to the Interstate. They offer free breakfast and they have waffle makers! There are a bunch of restaurants close to the hotel. It was nice and clean each time that I have visited. The mattress was reasonably comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

We have stayed at this hotel several times before but this experience was very disappointing. The non smoking rooms smelled smoky, the TV didn’t work, there was no hot water and fruit flies everywhere. The complimentary breakfast was not available even though the hours stated were from 6am-10 am. We will definitely think twice before staying here again.
