All of the people were lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No notes, great job. Lobby is comfortable and pretty with a good number of tables, a little lounging area for waiting for your room or a friend to arrive, and a computer for checking what needs checking. The room is fine. It is an economy room, so nothing fancy, but the bed is comfy and everything looked and smelled clean. Breakfast was one of the better I've had of late. Sausage patties, coffee, fresh waffles, eggs and potatoes with peppers and onion. Flavourful and filling, a really welcome treat. The facilities though... Toilet ran continuously and after flushing screamed! Coffee pot does not work. The television was difficult to use and the signal kept going out. The light by the window had been exposed to a leak which damaged the shade and left a stain in the drawer. Not a great feeling to have a water-damaged electronic two feet from one's head. And speaking of lighting, there are two overhead lights, the entryway and the bathroom. But there are 4 switches. So. One has to have the correct configuration of lights on to light the bathroom. Seriously, this one up, that one to the right and then the switch in the bathroom itself must be used. Weirdly complicated for no apparent reason. None of these issues were a massive deal and the room did what it had to do but for over $100 a night I did not expect them. Still overall a good experience.

First let me start by saying that I'm a diamond member of choice hotels. I have stayed at this particular hotel for over 280 nights over the course of 18 months totaling about $8,000 I have met the owner manager on several occasions Manny. And I thought we had somewhat of a good rapport considering the amount of business my company does with the hotel by allowing me to stay in such a convenient location. Recently leased a temporary place in the area enter my surprise during the recent hurricane it was damaged severely. Terribly shocked to find out being such a good customer and the declaration from FEMA with the approval I was not allowed a room there Period highly disappointed

By far, this was my worst hotel experience. I booked a double bed room (2 Queen beds) to accommodate 4 people. Sleep Inn did not have this room type available, and I did not find out about this until entry into the room. I was not Sleep Inn that the room type that I booked would not be available. One of my guests had to sleep on the sofa because the sofa bed mattress was soiled. When I complained, I was informed that no other room was available. So the comfort of all 4 guests was compromised because #1 the hotel did not provide the room that I paid for, and #2 the hotel did not provide a suitable alternative.

We were so lucky to get a room after 5 days of no power. Front desk was very nice and rooms were fine. A bit pricey for a 2 Star hotel but under the circumstances what could we do. We will be staying there again today if power doesn't come back on.

I pray & hope the hotel owner reads this review. I witnessed the manager Veronica commit 2 crimes. The first one is when she kicked someone dog and she made falsely police report on a customer stating he didn’t have a room. If you want to keep your business up and running then getting rid of Veronica will be the choice. The way that lady treats customers are disgusting.

Positive: It was clean Negative: Management. I can accept that they would not allow me to check-in early without fee or that they would not let me leave my bags BUT I couldn't believe they would not let me sit in the lobby to wait for my room. Will not stay again! Negative: ""

We were on the 3rd(top)floor and the water pressure was horrible. It was a little more than a dribble only because it had a little pressure. The breakfast was better than nothing, but the egg was some kind of flat fried egg. Overall the breakfast had other options and it was a good breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Our family made accommodations with Sleep Inn to celebrate our mother's 8Oth Birthday. Their rooms were inviting, clean, and comfortable. Their beds are so cozy, like being enveloped in a cloud. We enjoyed fellowship over a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book another stay and recommend Sleep Inn to my friends, family and colleagues.
