I loved everything out of our 2 night stay at this hotel. Check in was nice and smooth and staff was very helpful and explained all services offered by the hotel. There is free parking on site. The room was very big and comfortable with sofa and balcony. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was decent. Hotel has an indoor pool, guest laundry room and a small gym. I would for sure stay here again and I would definetely recommend this hotel!
For a budget motel, the Sleep Inn was surprisingly nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, with good quality bedding. There's an excellent fitness center and a pool and hot tub for relaxing after a long day out. Unfortunately there is only a Denny's restaurant within walking distance to the hotel; you'll have to drive into Page for more dining choices. But the breakfast is good featuring eggs, hash browns, sausage patties, and fresh waffles. We would stay here again on our next visit to Antelope Canyon.
Stopped for a sleep on our to Utah. Great customer service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and comfortable atmosphere. The only drawback is the water pressure in the shower. Plenty of towels available for use. Its nice to know we can stay somewhere affordable that is clean as well.
Great location, good price. They ran out of the more popular breakfast item on their breakfast buffet, and didn't bother to restock. Public Hot tub not working.
This hotel was super clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Great location. Definitely recommend a balcony room with the dam view. We stayed 4 days and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area. Only item needing improvement would be the breakfast variety. I believe the same options were cooked everyday. Would be nice to have different variety each day.
Let me preface my review by stating that my husband and I are pretty easygoing people who just want a comfortable room at a decent price and are able to overlook petty issues. When I read reviews, I am looking for an honest opinion on bed comfort, pool temperature, and breakfast options. So, at minimum that's what our review will address. That said, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in but the hot tub was nice. The AC had a hard time keeping up but we like it very chilly in our room and it was super hot outside. The bathroom was large and beautiful but the sink was in the bathroom rather than outside. While I prefer the sink to be outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time, there was a large tall mirror right outside the bathroom with an outlet nearby so I could still dry my hair while my son showered. Laundry is $4.50 for the washer and $4.50 for the dryer, which I thought was really expensive. Although the room is pricey, hotels in this area seem to be expensive. Breakfast was awesome! They offered sausage, eggs, potatoes, doughnuts, oatmeal packets, bread, bagels, yogurt, and waffles.
Rooms are nice. They are well-laid out, comfortable and clean and new. The hotel is in a good location just outside the main strip. We slept very well. The front desk was not helpful and did not let us drop bags off before check-in. At check-in, they barely paid attention to us and our reservation. Room keys didn't work at first and never worked well. The breakfast ktichen ran out of coffee at 7 am and lots of people had to wait 15 minutes for a new urn.
Very clean, spacious rooms, good wifi, very friendly staff members. Clean pool and spa area. Great location right accroas the Glen Canyon overlook. Plenty of parking spots. Very good breakfast ( waffle station, fresh bakery, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hot breasfast, juice, tea, coffee) replenished frequently during breakfast hours. Nice family friendly hotel. There is not a large lobby area or bar but it didn't matter to me. Would stay again.

I think overall the place was in a nice area for good price. I was not a fan of the sliding doors, but I understand it was meant more as a wheelchair accessible room which it would of been great for. They are doing remodeling but for a quick sleep, s

We love this place! Relaxing and outdoor eating area too. The owner, a true Navaho Indian, recommended corn soup with lamb. It was home made, simple but delicious. We had it together with traditional Indian bread which was delicious. We also had biso

We loved our food. The staff was very sweet and attentive. We loved that we were eating on a historic stern-wheeler boat, which used to operate on Lake Powel. What a delightful experience. I am sure we will go back again during our visit.
