Sleep Inn & Suites North Mobile Saraland - Hotel in Saraland - 1118 Shelton Beach Rd, USA

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms that surpass the size of those in many other hotels I have visited. Each room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bed was both comfortable and clean, and the room was well-maintained. Conveniently located near several fast-food establishments, this hotel is an excellent choice for an overnight stay when traveling to Florida. However, the breakfast has a very limited menu. No eggs or bacon is provided. Most items like butter are store brand. Overall, decent hotel to stay.

We checked in and the ac unit did not work. The front desk moved us to another room. We were in a rush but switched rooms. In the second room, the sink did not drain. The night attendant wanted to switch our rooms again, but it was so late. He fixed it and mentioned it to the manager. Ot was her condescending tone that I did not like. We will not stay at that sleep inn again. Thanks a lot for the non hospitality.

Nice clean and tidy rooms in a safe location. Well I have to edit my review after staying here a few days. First night was great, second day we get a call that they are going to charge a cleaning few of $250 because someone is smoking in the room and we don't even have a smoker in that room. Evidently that's all the worthless cleaning ladies did was step in the room and falsely accuse people of smoking and nothing else. I guess they only clean up and be nice just to draw us in and when they get us they just give up and rob us afterwards. I absolutely do not recommend more than a night here. Also their free breakfast is stale bread, already opened pop tarts, and waffles on a dirty iron. Place was a big disappointment and a waste of money

The doorlocks were tricky, but the room was clean & nice. The service was good. The atmosphere is quiet. It is conveniently located to everything Mobile is about at a price that doesn't break the bank.

Very nice desk clerks. One lady helped us with the A/C. Breakfast was good. Bed were comfortable, room was clean!

Positive: Everything was nice, the front desk was excellent. Negative: No, it was better than what I expected.

The manager of this location was SO nasty and SO rude. I called the day before asking if they were hiring and they had told me that they were so the next day I go up there to get an application. When I get there I told the manager that I called yesterday and I’m here to pick up an application. Now I am BLACK and this lady (the manager) looked me up and down in disgust and with an attitude she said we are not hiring. I was so appalled and taken aback by her tone. It gave racist. Is this really how you train your employees to treat people ?? also for someone who is the manager I would expect them to know better. I’m disappointed.

Only reason for a 4 star is I wish they had more options for breakfast. I was surprised as to how clean the room felt. I even booked a stay at the same hotel on the way back and even asked for the same room they granted that request and we, husband me and our toddler, were super comfy and our room was a little away from everyone and we didn't hear anyone. We liked our room cause it was convenient and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised
