The rooms were okay. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Hair in the shower and what it looked like dry poop on the toilet flusher and one of the beds had stained sheets. Reason for only 2 stars. We didn’t eat the breakfast so not sure how that is. The location is pretty and staff were very sweet.
We decided to stay at Sleep Inn and Suites, Monroe, due to proximity to Woodbury Commons Outlet, in lieu of the more expensive option right next to the outlet. My family was pleasantly surprised at what we got for the price of this hotel. Clean, comfortable, professional and friendly staff. The entire premises from the exterior to interior was exceptionally well maintained. And the outlet was just a few minutes away.
Great location we stayed for Legoland trip. Away from highway and quiet. AC worked great. Breakfast was quite good for the price. Free parking!
It would be great if they had friendly front desk staff!
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean. The staff were friendly and they do go above and beyond. It’s the only hotel I’ve been where the maid cleaning service adds an envelope daily for possible tips- brilliant perhaps? Or tactless? I typically provide tip at the end of my stay but maybe their method is better, all encompassing. The bathroom lighting is too bright and the hotel room floors are a weird combination of rug and rubber material.
Stayed after our wedding party along with many other wedding guests. They were super thoughtful, made many alterations and helped us with cancellations and extra rooms. Very clean, helpful staff, solid breakfast. They even left us champagne in our room!
Highly recommend if you're in the area.
Positive: Fast check-in. All very clean both the public area and the room including the bathroom. Excellent hot shower temperature/perfect temperature for hot shower, nicely done. ||Negatives:|Terrible soundproofs. Quiet hours did not get enforced. After midnight, neighbors in Room 210 made loud noises, banging the walls, and woke me up. I phoned the front desk asking the staff to address it. It still went on for another 30 minutes or so before it finally stopped. People walking in that room too. Also, there were footsteps above. |Mobile signals were shut off completely unless you use the hotel's WiFi. ||This is part of Choice Hotel Chain. |90% of my experience with Choice Hotel Chain has not been positive. |I suggest using other hotel chains than Choice.||Had this hotel not have the noise issue caused by neighbors after quiet hours, it would have received a 5 out of 5 with its well-done room cleaning and readiness. Quiet hour should have been enforced.
I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is quite basic, but the exceptional friendliness of the staff truly stood out. Arriving extremely early, I was worried about waiting for a room, but the two guys at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me, ensuring I could get a room as soon as possible.
The breakfast was perfect and provided the necessary fuel for the day, especially since we were in town for a wedding. The rooms were clean and exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this nature.
One minor issue was with the TV remote in our room, which was a bit finicky. Additionally, there was some noise transfer between rooms, which might be a concern for light sleepers. However, most guests seemed to be there for weddings, so noise wasn’t a significant issue once everyone had settled for the night.
Despite these, I would highly recommend the Sleep Inn if you find yourself in the area. The staff's dedication to making guests feel welcomed and comfortable made a significant difference in our stay.
Got pulled over at the end of a long shift only to have my vehicle towed. Long story short after going from hotel to hotel I was lucky enough to run across this place called and spoke to a young guy named Vincent who not only set me up with a room within 4 minutes but also at a great rate. And to be honest the best part besides the clean room and professional service was Vincents ability to make me forget how much of a long day I just had. Outstanding work I hope he's well taken care of because he definitely made sure I was. Thanks a million
The food was flavorful. The veggies were done perfectly, with just the right amount of crunch. The cheese steak had cheese on the top and bottom. We will be back every time we are in the area.
