Sleep Inn & Suites Millbrook - Prattville - Hotel in Millbrook - 2295 Cobbs Ford Rd, USA

This hotel can be a bear to turn into but its actually a really nice hotel. They have more parking behind the hotel and some for semi's off to the side in a gravel lot. We asked to up on an upper level and they were able to get that taken care of for us. They do have bfast but we only ate there twice. The rest of the days we were up late or left early. The rooms have a fridge and microwave which was nice. They also have the sink in the bathroom which is also good. All the employees we saw were friendly and nice.

Excellent value. That exit had a ton of stuff off it and this is right by highway so easy for a night along a road trip. Check in was smooth. Had a nice room at end of hall 201 so quiet. Room was clean. Note beds are very high off ground if that'd be an issue for you. I wish the shower had a squeeze bottle of body wash like there was for shampoo and conditioner but they instead had bar soap. Breakfast was excellent had something for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Our room smelled of mildew. During continental breakfast the man cleaning did not understand social barriers and continued to wipe the counter area while we were trying to get our food. WE THEN WITNESSED HIM DROP THE RAG ON THE FLOOR BEFORE PICKING IT UP AND WIPING THE COUNTER AND TABLES AGAIN. An unknown black substance was found on the caulking of the shower. On a positive not, the room appeared clean besides the possible mold and musty smell.

The staff is real cool, even helped me out a few times when I lock myself out the room. Can't connect to their WiFi though, but overall, it's clean, sheets & towels & soap stay fresh & good continental breakfast too. Great location off I-85 as well.🙂💯

Positive: Front desk was friendly enough. Negative: Kitchen staff acted like you were in their way when you were getting breakfast. All half-and-half creamers were expired by a month. The elevator was overdue for inspection.

In my opinion, this is an old hotel that was converted to a sleep Inn. It was fairly clean. The mattress was horrific, for me that is. It was like sleeping on 22 inches old solid wood with a thin mattress pad. If you like sleeping on the ground of a tent, then this is the place for you. I need a mattress with a little give. Sleep Inn is one of my favorite reasonable priced hotel picks. I've had at least 25 stays in different locations and they've never disappointed until last night. I felt safe here, the staff was super nice, no bugs (always a plus), and yhe breakfast was ok. The room needed a little TLC, the air conditioning was antiquated. You couldn't turn the blower off and it was abnoxiously loud. The off mode did not work. We had to unplugged it. The big negative was the fact that after driving 13 hours I couldn't sleep on the rock hard mattress. On my way today, exhausted. Room 209

Everything was clean and comfortable but breakfast all hot food was rubbery horrible. Indian workers not much friendly but I'd stay again if need be.
