Exceptional all the way around. One of the cleanest hotels ever. Hot tub was amazing. Excellent breakfast. Staff was top notch. The breakfast lady never quit moving. Tonya and Matt at the front desk were the BEST. And thank you Tonya for your extra special everything. Housekeeping was top notch.

I LOVE ❤️ this place!! The Staff is wonderful willing to go above & beyond 4 their guests. Whether you need more shampoo, extra towels, or just some information they are happy to help. The rooms are beautiful & spacious. I love ❤️ everything about the rooms. I wish I had taken pictures. The breakfast was fantastic 😋 & they have both a pool & hot tub. I always stay here when I'm in this area!

Very clean, close to where we needed to be in DePere. Easy check in, affordable and decent breakfast. It had an indoor pool which we did not use, the families with children enjoyed it. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.

Big fan of this location, I've been staying with them over the past 3 years for a total of five visits. Always courteous, always helpful. I had to change my reservation at the last second because of a flight delay and it took about 10 seconds, it was the only pleasant part of a miserable day at the airport. When I was leaving, I left my phone charger in the room, and the room service saw it and caught me before I left for the airport. It seems like a little thing, but it was pretty clutch and saved my day. Really convenient location next to a convenience store that has hot food and groceries, like a 50 yard walk (no road to cross.) I will always use this location when staying in the area. <edit> The location and the rooms are always very clean!

My room was clean and looked updated. The reason why I gave 4 stars... -The heat didn't work in my room so I only got 2 hours of sleep. I kept waking up because I was shivering. -The free breakfast was ok because right when I got there 3 minutes after 6am, most of the hot items were almost gone because all the construction crew ate it. -Morning customer service could use some better wording when greeting customers instead of looking confused and annoyed at the same time. If none of the incidences occurred during my stay it would be 5 stars. 🫤

It is the best location when doing the Walk to Mary - highly convenient and easy to get to the Humana parking lot from here! The beds and space are comfortable, and the area is quiet. It would be nice to have breakfast available earlier, 6:00am instead of 6:30am, especially for this particular pilgrimage. The website mentioned that cookies (maybe snacks?) would be available in the evening. This is not a deal-breaker by any means, but it would have been a nice perk at the end of the night when checking in, or even to have juice available.

We had 2 rooms. The wall paper was falling off the walls and bubbled in both rooms. The second room had lock issues. When the door is shut you can't lock the bolt cause the locking mechanism doesn't properly line up with the latch. The jets in the hot tub sprayed up and not out into the water. Breakfast was mediocre. If your serving biscuits and gravy, it's best ypu heat up the biscuits and keep them in a warmer, nit just put them out in the bread box, ( that's not proper biscuits and gravy.) Otherwise it was an alright stay.

I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it wasn’t bad but there WERE some issues. The rooms. Not good, there were random stains on the bed plus a random cigarette burn on the bed in A NON SMOKING ROOM and the bathroom doors were dirty and the top of the walls looked like they were starting to peel off, we had an ajoining room and the second room…THE DOOR DIDNT EVEN LOCK!! Luckily we felt safe and we were the only one on that floor. The pool was okay, the jets in the hot tub were bad, felt like a wave pool. The service and friendliness though was amazing! Very nice and welcoming!! Also location was perfect! All in all, this is a perfect hotel for a on the road quick need a rest. But not for a stay on vacation type place.
