Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, convenient location, competitive rates. No housekeeping for the whole week I was there. Found out at checkout you have to request it. The positives outweighed the negatives so will definitely stay again.

Imogen at check in was AWESOME we had difficulty and delay getting to the hotel and she held a room for us without a credit card hold until we arrived. At check in she was lovely and hospitable after a very long day. The room was great, fully stocked for guests staying longer than 1 night. Breakfast the next morning was great, they have waffles and a full hot breakfast. Cost per night was reasonable. Will stay here again when in the area. Many thanks

We were driving back home from our roadtrip and decided to stay at this hotel to stop, sleep, and rest. This hotel was everything BUT that. We got there, checked into our room and the first hour was fine until we find out that our room is RIGHT above a “meeting room” AKA party hall. From 6pm-11:30pm we felt like we were sleeping above a club. Blasting music, tons of noise, and people yelling/screaming. We went down to the front desk trying to request a room change and were told we couldn’t because we already checked into that room… why on earth would you assign a room to guests that is directly ABOVE a party hall who would be partying blasting music until MIDNIGHT… after paying what we did for this hotel this is completely unacceptable service. I was told I would get “points” reimbursed onto my choice account… I don’t even know what a choice account is or how I even have one or how to even use “points”… if you stay here make sure you aren’t assigned a room above one of their many meeting rooms that they have.

I had just drove 9-10hrs from Laramie Wy. I was really tired and Trinity at check in was absolutely amazing she was nice and patient with me and my many questions even though it was close to the end of her shift. The room rate for the night was actually pretty reasonable. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had no issues and I had very peaceful sleep. The breakfast was hot and good definitely enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and soft bacon (I can't eat the crunchy bacon for dental reasons). If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again!! 😄

Great location near the airport and the city. Clean rooms and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Good hot breakfast with bacon one day, sausage the next day. Very good value for the price. Slight road noise from 10th avenue South, recommend room on East side of building.

Hard to get in to, where the street looks like an alleyway. Came in early enough to go for a swim before going for dinner, only to check in and then be told the Pool is closed!!! No rate reduction or nothing for not having all the amenities!!! Very upset and disappointed. Misleading advertisement too! Went to take a hot shower, the shower head is pathetic. Breakfast they ran out of waffle mix (that is an ordering issue, if you ask me, not our problem to forgive them). All in all, for the price tag, I would rather stay at an Econolodge, at least your expectations are non existent there and you will get what you paid for.

The worse location you can imagine for a hotel called “Sleep”. Extremely noisy, big trucks and motorbikes circulating all night long. Rooms doesn’t have the appropriate noise insulation.

Unfortunately I booked this hotel on our road trip based on the mostly positive reviews. However I’m unsure how not a single review I read included the road noise. Ended up getting absolutely no sleep as the road noise was so loud and never stopped.
