Sleep Inn & Suites Dothan North - Hotel in Dothan - 4654 Montgomery Hwy, USA

Pros: Hot water and good water pressure. Decent hot breakfast options. Decent price. Bed surprisingly slept comfortable. And the location is great next to shopping and dining. Cons: Customer service was 0 out of 5. When I checked in the individual was extremely dry and unpleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area never spoke or had a smile. The lady when I checked out was decent and said have a good day so I appreciated that at least. This hotel needs a complete renovation. The rooms are musty, the carpets are old and dirty, the bathrooms have rust spots and covered up mold spots, the sheets had holes in them, the ceilings were peeling in areas, furniture old and unpleasant to sit on, and it just overall was not a pleasant comfortable experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location. I used to stay here all the time when visiting Dothan, but I will NOT return after this. Corporate needs to step in and help them out as this is taking away from their brand. And they need to remove Newly Remodeled from the bill board.

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Always a plus with a quiet air conditioner which was easy to control. Unusual odor in hallway but it was isolated to that area. Breakfast was good, parking easy, and a great location. Good value. Will stay again.

It was alittle difficult turning into their parking lot coming from the north. But other than that .. next to Walmart across from Target and other stores. Close to food of all sorts and perfect for going into Dothan. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Great price. Plus a full hot breakfast in the morning. Plus an 11am check out ... I'd stay here again

Booked a room for one night in the midst of a road trip. Check-in was flawless. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. I have chronic back pain. This was among the most comfortable beds I have slept in anywhere. All was well until a loud knock on the door at 5am which startled me awake. Just about the time I was getting back to sleep, another loud knock. On the elevator, I asked another traveler if they were awakened by a door knock, and they confirmed that they too had a loud knock around 5am. |In-room coffee is decent, as was the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and sausage gravy was very good. |When checking out, we informed the desk clerk that we were disturbed by someone knocking on the door at 5am. About an hour later, the manager called me, thanking me for informing them of the disturbance. He told me that he reviewed the security cameras and saw people running down the hallways knocking on doors in the early morning hours. He said he threw them out of the hotel and asked them to not return. We were impressed that the desk clerk passed our information to the manager who followed up, took action and took the time to call us. I highly recommend the Sleep Inn & Suites Dothan, AL.

Very clean inside and out!! They have a workout area, an outside pool. Free breakfast, which was very good!!! Great restaurants to chose from. The mexican restaurant across the street was fabulous!!

My stay here was fairly pleasant. The room was clean, and the lady at the front desk was super nice and inviting. It also was one of the cheaper nicer options vs. staying at some sketchy motel.

Positive: Breakfast, friendly staff Negative: Carpet need to be removed and wood or tile floors put in for health reasons.
