Incredibly impressed with this place. Clean, comfortable bed and room. The whole experience was quite pleasant. The lady at the desk noticed we had booked a pet room and moved us to a non pet room of her initiative and attention to detail. The bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet. The staff was very responsive and courteous. The breakfast area was kept stocked, and the tables were quickly cleaned after use. The breakfast was delicious and even the coffee was better than expected. This is our first time staying at this chain of hotels and it blew our expectations away. We wanted to express our appreciation as this is a special day for us and the Sleep Inn made sure to provide a peaceful, restful environment. Thank you!

Stopped here late at night with 4 tired kiddos on our way to destin and Orlando. We were unsure what to expect but our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The best part was the beds- they were so comfortable! We travel a lot and normally hotel beds really bother my back. But these were some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel definitely!

This was a very pleasant stop - considering it is in the middle of nowhere. This hotel is very pet friendly. Everything was clean and neat. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we have found anywhere. But, the rooms were just average size. Breakfast was a little bit better than the average. The only real issue, and the reason for not giving 5 stars was the tub/shower. It was so slick that we had to put a small towel in there to avoid falling while taking a shower. This should be an easy fix for management - put in some 'no slip' strips.

We were not happy with our stay at a resort that I will not name because they did compensate us fairly and further to make us extra happy. After calling and trying some other resorts party, it was choosing very difficult. We were able to call Mary and she helped us get all set up to make the drive here. We were still nervous and went in with two parties to talk about our needs and check out This hotel before we booked. The rooms we wanted and we’re hoping for is what we got and everything was clean and worked. Mary continue to check on us and help us above and beyond. All this with a smile on her face and a great attitude and even a good conversations. Please consider this in your choices if you’re out this way and the location and the loves across the street with food options is just perfect. Cross your fingers that you get mary To help you, but I bet you that if she works there, then they hire great people and you won’t be disappointed. The location is very well situated and the hotels are very clean. Service is a 0 star. The front desk lady has a very nasty demeanor. She was consistently listening to debate instead of listening to understand. We just stayed at Sleep Inn at Tampa last few nights and the service was miles ahead.

The management and staff were wonderful! Comfy bed. This was a very pleasant surprise. This was my 1st stay at a Sleep Inn & Suites. I will return. Very impressive for a GREAT PRICE!!!!

Nice location for a quick stop. Right off the highway, a few known food options, next to a gas station that’s also popular. The gas station is busy with traffic and trucks so as long as you are okay with a busy area it’ll be fine, I felt my belongings in my vehicle were secure because of how busy it was and the lighting in the parking lot.

As a trucker,after a long day of driving I look forward to getting some quality sleep in a clean room. I can absolutely say that the service was top notch,and my room was spacious and comfortable. If I'm ever back in the area I know where I'd like to stay. Thank you.
