Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center and Water Park - Hotel in Minot - 2400 10th St SW, USA

We checked in on July 16th. The room was a decent size, but there was only one chair in it. Sitting on the bed for any length of time hurt both our backs, so it was uncomfortable being in the room for any length of time.|Breakfast on the 17th was unimpressive. I had to let staff know they were out of food, then found out they had no sausages or bacon. The eggs and potatoes tasted fine. Butter and pepper were not refilled, and two of the three juice options were not working.|When we returned to the room, we discovered there had been no service. We saw the sign when we got to the room that they only refreshed towels every three days, but thought the coffee supplies would be restocked. No, they aren’t. You are responsible for tracking down the maids to get whatever supplies are needed, or calling the front desk each morning to tell them what you need so they can have the maid bring it to your room. Yeah, that’s really efficient.|We didn’t go for breakfast on the 18th, but tried it again on the 19th. This time there was lots of food available.|On the positive side, the fridge kept our drinks ice cold and the room was quiet - but the hotel wasn’t nearly full. Far too many negatives about the property, though, so we will definitely not stay here if we return to Minot.

I recently stayed at the Sleep In during a special event, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The hotel jacked up the prices for the event, which I could have tolerated if the facilities and service matched the cost. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Firstly, there was no air conditioning in our room. In the midst of a heatwave, this was unbearable. When we complained, the only solution offered was a fan, which did little to alleviate the discomfort in our extremely hot room. For a hotel charging premium rates, this is unacceptable. We booked a queen suite and informed the hotel in advance that we would have five guests. Despite this, we were provided with an insufficient number of towels and no extra blankets for the pull-out couch. It seems the hotel staff was either unprepared or indifferent to our needs. The entire hotel was stiflingly hot, making it impossible to escape the discomfort. The overall maintenance of the property was severely lacking. The carpets were sticky, the showers were full of scale, and everything seemed to be in a state of neglect. The pool water park, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was in a deplorable condition. Paint was peeling everywhere, and the water slide was not even operational. It was clear that the facility was not being properly maintained, which was a huge letdown. For the exorbitant price we paid, the experience was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. Save your money and find a hotel that values its guests and maintains its facilities.

everything about this building should be great.... location, facility amenities ( pool area has 3 pools and 3 slides) , but cleanliness is a huge issue! room was dirty, safe was unusable because it was locked and they couldn't get into it. the pool area area was dirty, hair in drains every day I was there, green slime on the stairs going up the stairs to the water slide which was not only gross, but slippery! (I was there for 4 days with my family and it can guarantee that the pool area was never cleaned). 2 of the 3 slides were working. pros- water was warm in the pools and

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms are dated and appear to be falling apart in general, with many other issues (light bulbs missing from lamps, ac units not functioning properly, remote backs missing, appliances not working properly). The pool area continues to worsen with only 2 out of 3 waterslides functioning, an attraction in the baby/toddler area only half working and just the overall condition causes concern about cleanliness of the whole pool area. I think our family will search for an alternative for future visits.

This hotel is exactly like their waterslide and it is absolutely disgusting. There is garbage in the hallways. The furniture is wrecked if you ask for room service good luck because you won’t get it. I have a stayed at many hotels, and this is the only hotel that I demanded my money back and received a full refund due to how unclean And disgusting this hotel is they agreed with me that the place is revolting it was sad how many kids stay there as the should be shut down, condemned just like their waterslide PLRASE DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

I want to give more stars but I can’t. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Pool is run down but still fun. The rooms have had a bit of Reno’s done but the carpet in ours was gross. The doors there slam shut so loud and you can hear everything. Kids were running in the halls and slamming doors all night and you hear it all. I did call down to the desk and they did send someone to deal with it so that’s good.

The way I spent almost $400 for one night here and this place is disgusting, and the customer service is awful. We went to the pool, there was a cover missing, so there was a big hole in the ground with kids playing all around. We tell the employees. I GO AND GET A COVER FOR THE EMPLOYEE(because they didn’t want to get wet), so my kids can play safe. I was told at check in the pool closes at 11. My kids were playing, and with no notice AT ALL 10:49 the lights and water turned off. A kid fell ALL THE WAY DOWN THE STAIRS. IN THE DARK! Did the employees come see what the screaming was coming from? Oh no, they just kept picking up towels. So I go to the front desk to let the manger know. I wasn’t rude, but they should know a kid fell and maybe an announcement would be nice so others don’t get hurt. THIS MAN DID NOT GIVE ME 3 SECONDS OF HIS TIME. Wouldn’t even give me eye contact. He did not care about what I had to say, or the hurt kid. Needless to say, if you want a fun place to go with your kids that has a safe environment- it’s not here!! Oh and to top this off, my tv didnt work and my shower door was missing!!

We just stayed at the hotel. We decided on this hotel because it had the waterslides, a kiddie pool and was pet friendly. It was a nice surprise that the hotel is located next door to the mall and close to the stores we like to shop at and many restaurants but the hotel is very dirty and the pool and slides are filthy. Our room looked neat and tidy when we arrived but soon discovered everything was sticky ( walls, carpet, tile flooring, counter tops, etc) and very dirty. The corners in the bathroom had built up dirt and rocks. The breakfast wasn't very good. The eggs liked they were over cooked, the sausages were over cooked and they were dry. The coffee and juice were ok. We took our kids to the pool and discovered dry clumps of long hair all over, dirty bandaids, the kiddie pool slided were chipped and the paint on the floor was all chipped. The slides were fast and fun but the stair cases to get them were disgusting. The side staircase is all rusted and the sitting water on them actually turns brown from the rust leaking into it cause it sits for so long. The aluminum staircase has green slimy algae growing on it. It was really disappointing and we couldn't wait to check out. We won't be staying at this hotel or going to this Waterpark again.
