Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport - Hotel in Cheektowaga - 100 Holtz Dr, USA

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport during a work trip, and while my initial room had a water leak, the staff, particularly Sam and Brady, were incredibly helpful and professional. They quickly arranged a new room for me, making the rest of my stay in Buffalo enjoyable. Their exceptional service was the highlight of my visit. Thank you, Sam and Brady, for turning a potential issue into a positive experience!

Positive: Location not too far from the falls, 1/2 hour car travel . Breakfast OK. Room adequate despite being a bit small. Free parcel service was very good. Morning shift staff good and friendly. Still affordable considering the location. Negative: Late night front staff needs more training as one had trouble in locating my reservation and insisted I should have contacted them after booking?

We had a great stay at Sleep Inn. The room was huge and accommodated our family of five including a toddler in a playpen. Breakfast was great each morning and the service was good from the front desk to the cleaning staff. We were a bit disappointed that some of the offered amenities were out of order (the hot tub) but other than that we had a wonderful weekend.

After a long drive back from Canada all I wanted was a shower and a bed.. well I got more than that when I checked in.. was surprised there was a hot tub open till 10pm breakfast included. Scrambled eggs..sausage. home fries..waffles the usual. Room had fridge n microwave. Had to return rental car and that was only a 6 min drive . Only 3 rt hand turns into the return garage. Bed was very comfy.id stay here next time I'm in Buffalo

Stayed in August. While the hotel was close to the airport the room and service were horrible. I’ll start with the bathroom. There were other people’s hair on the shower wall and mold on the bathroom ceiling near the shower door [pictured]. ||There were large amounts of dust on fixtures and night stand clock. The ice container had brown splatter stains on it [ pictured]. I suggest bringing sheets/pillow cases as after experiencing the uncleanliness of the room I wasn’t sure I’d want to sleep on the sheets. ||STAFF: Besides being dismissive, the front staff were NOT welcoming. One staff member was on his phone while I stood waiting to be served. ||I was locked out of my room twice — initially when I was assigned the room and again when I came back to my room after a long day. No one apologized for the inconvenience. I am very disappointed and will not stay at this establishment again.

The morning breakfast offered was great. They had a good selection of food and drinks to choose from. Location was very close to the airport. The rooms were tidy, so my family and I slept well. However, the toilets did not have bidets, which I see as a minor hygiene issue.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I prepaid for the one night I spent ($129) a month prior to my arrival. When I woke up the morning after checking in, I checked my bank account and there were two $180 pending charges. Not one, but two. I talked to the guy at the front desk and he apologized and fixed it and assured me I would not incur any additional charges. He said they were training a new employee who made that mistake. That's fine. Mistakes happen. The following morning, I checked my account again and there was a $129 charge that posted and cleared on my bank account. It wasn't a pending charge. It cleared from my account. At this point I'm very frustrated. So I called and asked to speak to the manager. However, the lady said she fixed the problem and I would be receiving a refund, and of course I have to wait 3-5 business days for it to post to my account. I asked to speak to the manager, but he hadn't come in yet. He called me later and left a voice mail, which did not include an apology or any ownership of the problems this has caused me. I called back and the lady I spoke with blew me off and said he would be in and out throughout the day. I'm not naive'. I know he won't call me back, and I know she was lying to me. I still haven't heard from him. Needless the say, the customer service is terrible - from the manager on down. But worse than that, they are extremely incompetent. If I wasn't paying attention to my account, I would have been erroneously charged 3 times ($180 + $180 + $129). You do the math. I prepaid for my room a month prior to make it more convenient. Instead, I had to spend my own personal time and energy dealing with this. I will never stay here again, but I'm certain they don't care.

We stayed here as we flew out of Buffalo airport recently. We stayed the night before our trip and the night we returned as well. We used the park and fly which was a great deal. The parking is offsite but secure. They have breakfast which was decent. Our rooms were renovated and the shower had lots of pressure. The first night we stayed everyone was fantastic but on the night we returned the night shift personnel were pretty miserable. We would stay here again as it is a great deal.
