Hotel room was average. key card reader was temperamental. Loved the spacious bathroom counter(nice beige color). Good Location next to a good variety of restaurants. Good breakfast selection.||I feel room was overpriced, I thought we'd receive lower price being a Choice Privilege member||I'd like to recognize the following employees who displayed genuine, hospitality: Front desk: NEIL & SUNNY. They had great attitudes and were personable yet professional. Very welcoming & accommodating.

Love the beds, they where so much more comfortable then the once we had at the casino in Mississippi thank god. There was coffee in room witch is a plus need a little updating on bathroom and carpet floors but it was very nice the lady that check us in was very nice and got us on the first floor witch is prefect since it was late and I was very tired. No pool disappointed if you have kids but we came in late so it was fine

We had just checked in when the fire alarm went off. Fun times. Not the fault of the hotel - some guest set it off. We always get an accessible room. This was the first time we asked for accessible and the bed was extremely low and very difficult to get up. I am sure that would be great for someone - but it was the first time we had seen a very low bed. Bigger problem was the shower had scalding hot water that could not be cooled. We would stay here again but would be more specific about accessible needs and hope they fix the shower valve in that room.

Great deal! The bed was comfortable, and I was actually able to sleep with the fan on. Right off the freeway with a variety of food places a few blocks away.

The online profile says there is a pool THERE IS NO POOL they know what it says and haven't fixed it there is just a sign at the desk when you check in which is the reason I wanted to stay so I left when I saw that online says one thing and when you arrive it's something else

After looking at several hotels we decided to stay here due to its location. The service was friendly and check in was easy. Our room was room # 406. The room was clean , the beds were a little on the hard side but they worked. Bathroom was big with clean towels and good water pressure. Can't comment on breakfast since we didn't eat. The location is something to be desired but it's not necessarily the hotels fault. The hotel is located behind a car repair shop, so our view was less then memorable. All we got to see were wrecked cars. The only other complaint was it shows an indoor pool and we were very excited to swim, but the front desk said they haven't had a pool since 2020. So that was very disappointing. Don't really know if we will stay here again but we may.
