Sleep Inn & Suites Airport - Hotel in Pearl - 333 Airport Rd S, USA

Never stayed at this place but will say staff at front desk is nice an friendly. However did plumbing work at this hotel fixing a water leak in ceiling on 1st floor west hallway gave owner everything he asked for a not to mention caught him in numerous lies but have never been paid. Take my advise a stay away from this place!!!

I wanted a low price motel to rest my head, nothing fancy. The price was right! I should've known better. I got fair nights sleep. Bed in my room was worn out and saggy, mattress, sheets terrible wrinkly and uncomfortable. Floors were not swept. Toenail and other small debris on floors and edges. The first room they tried to give me had carpet pieces missing and a chair with no legs sitting on ground! Toothpaste spit on mirror and faucet. No Kleenex either. If these few problems were properly cleaned and nice sheets would of been what I thought I was paying for.

The staff made you feel welcome and at home.. Rooms were nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. They had a nice selection for the complimentary breakfast. We will choose Sleep Inn again.

I visit Jackson alot on Business...and wanted to change hotels...NOT Sleep Inn Suites was HORRIBLE, I had to get a plunger due to the toilet was not working and the whole hotel needs IMPROVEMENTS.. carpet,sofa,lobby, breakfast area...PLEASE

Staff was kind and courteous. The room was wonderfully spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!! Huge TV in the room and the ac worked perfectly!! Hated to come home!!

Stayed here on my way to Pensacola. In a rush. I leave and forgot my box. I didn't even notice til I get into a room the next day that it was missing. So I called the hotel and sure enough they held onto for me. Thank you so much you all rock!! I am so super appreciative! I was for certain it was gone! Y'all restored my faith! So many kudos to Y'all! On top of the amazing service they provide the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy!

The facility is getting older and outdated but it is very well kept and everyone was very pleasant including the housekeeping staff. The older gentleman that works at the front desk was very pleasant, kind, and welcoming. The room was dated but immaculate. There was a very pleasant welcome card on the bed with a story called "The Traveler". It reinforced the hospitality and value of my business that was expressed throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was therapeutic. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again if the need arose.

This is by far the best hotel experience I ever had. Customer service is well beyond great, always helpful, and kind hearted not to mention clean. I am forever grateful for there help wile we were here for husband who died recently from cancer. They were kind and helped me when I needed it. I could not ask for better service and now great friends. There isn't enough words really to thank you all. Please never hesitate to stop here you won't be disappoint.
